My first time in a Whole Foods store. I expected it to be very expensive but to my surprise, it was not. It is a beautifully designed and laid out store with prices on par with most grocery stores. If you are an Amazon Prime member then you will be especially pleased with the specials and discounted prices available to you. I will definitely be shopping here more often!

It's always a pleasure to visit this store, whether I'm doing personal shopping, or conducting a wine tasting event. It's very clean, well-stocked, and highly organized. The staff is exceptional! Everyone is so helpful, well-informed, and seems to enjoy their job. I'd like to especially give kudos to: Holly Peden, Beer & Wine Buyer, and David Black of Specialty, for their efforts toward my successful wine tasting for @flowwinegroup; the young lady from Bakery who helped me choose healthy snacks for my specific dietary needs; and Kendall at the checkout area.

I asked for a couple slices of the turkey meatloaf out of the deli at 7:24pm on Thursday 1/15/26 the younger thin black girl with glasses said sorry we’re closing down the deli right now. The truth was she didn’t want to stop what she was very slowly doing by the way which was taking items out of the glass case to go over to the counter and put some meatloaf in a bag and print a label with a price on it. I drove all the way to this location from Arlington by the way because the Arlington location has gone way down hill with it’s quality, service and selection. This Bryant Irving Rd location has usually been very good with it. Clearly she didn’t not want to do her job she was closing the deli an hour and a half before the 9pm close of the store. The level of mediocrity that plagues our society now is getting ridiculous. It’s actually sad how little people care about customer service. I worked in the food service industry for 20 years so I not only respect very much what they do for a living g I also know what they put up with from overly entitled demanding condescending customers. I just respectfully said okay and I walked around a bit looking for something for dinner but I don’t have time to cook so I guess I’ll find another grocery store to go to from now on. Maybe Sprouts has some better service and selection 🤷‍♂️

OMG,I was just trying to return a couple of Amazon packages, and was at staples trying to figure out how to do it,and I hit the return to whole foods and Amazon wouldn't let me correct it 😤,so I went to sprouts thinking it was whole foods! Finally I went to maps and got there in 10 minutes! The store is beautiful ❤️,I was able to return my packages! Got me some provolone cheese and 3 beef chew sticks 😋, and headed home ! 🤦😊✨,what a lousy Amazon day ! Been getting stuff from Amazon for years with no returns! All it was was fruit of the loom underwear that was too small, and a sand disk micro card that didn't fit my late wife's old 2010 phone! First time to return back to Amazon! 🙃🙂🤦🙏🙌
