Sign in to reviewI enjoy shopping at Whole Foods! The store is clean, well-organized, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The produce section is especially impressive—everything is fresh, vibrant, and neatly displayed. I appreciate the wide selection of organic and specialty items, as well as the clearly labeled dietary options like gluten-free, vegan, and keto. The staff are friendly and helpful, often going out of their way to answer questions or help you find what you need. I also love their hot bar and prepared foods section—perfect for a quick, healthy meal on the go. Whole Foods might be a bit pricier than some other stores, but the quality and overall shopping experience make it worth it. Highly recommended if you’re looking for fresh, healthy, and responsibly sourced products!
My wife loves this store but your grocery carts are terrible. Worn out wheels that dont turn or roll. The basket is worn and the metal is rusty. I really think they are worse than Walmart. Sad for a high end market!
I’ve bought these fruit tarts many times for family birthdays and parties, and they’ve always been a favorite. Unfortunately, this time the fruit on top didn’t taste fresh, which was really disappointing—especially when you’re buying a cake for someone’s birthday. Hoping this was just an off day because I’ve had much better experiences before.
Whole Foods Market consistently stands out as one of the best grocery stores for quality, freshness, and overall experience. One of its strongest points is the large selection of ready-to-eat food. There is always a lot of fresh, tasty food available for people who don’t want to cook but still want to eat well. Their organic chicken is especially impressive. The quality, taste, and freshness are on a different level compared to most regular grocery stores. I personally buy my chicken only from Whole Foods because I trust their standards and the flavor is always consistent. The produce section is another highlight. Vegetables and fruits are fresh, well-selected, and clearly higher quality than what you find in many other grocery stores. The staff also deserves credit. Employees are respectful, professional, and genuinely helpful. They take time to help you and make sure you find what you need. Overall, Whole Foods Market delivers high-level quality in food, service, and atmosphere. If you care about what you eat and want reliable organic products, this is one of the best places you can shop.
I’ve been a loyal Whole Foods customer for years, and today’s experience at the Tustin Legacy location was one of the worst I’ve had at any Whole Foods store. The self‑checkout machine completed my transaction but failed to print a receipt. When I asked the floor associate for assistance, she showed no interest in helping and carried herself with an unprofessional, dismissive attitude. Instead of troubleshooting the issue, she immediately blamed me and insisted I had selected “no receipt” in the app. This was simply false. I showed her directly on my phone that I had selected both app and in‑store receipts. Even with clear evidence, she continued to argue, refused to acknowledge the machine malfunction, and made no effort to resolve the situation. Her behavior was not only unhelpful but disrespectful. As a long‑time customer, I expect basic courtesy and support — not to be blamed for a technical issue and brushed off as if my concern didn’t matter. This kind of service reflects poorly on the store and undermines the trust and loyalty customers like us have built over the years. I hope management addresses this immediately. No customer should be treated this way.
