The most gorgeous French tip nails I’ve ever gotten, thanks Teddy!! Him and Lisa (who did gel for my toes) were super kind, fast, and checked periodically to make sure I was happy with everything throughout the service! Not to mention the salon is clean and very pretty! I’ve tried many salons in the area and can confidently say Willow will definitely be my new go to!!

It was such a delight to experience Cozy and Andy’s work. They were incredibly professional and truly dedicated to bringing your nail inspiration to life while making the entire experience enjoyable. I can’t recommend them enough!

Had an appointment with my girlfriends at 1pm for pedicure. Added a basic regular polish manicure at the front desk. Informed them again when I sat down at the chair. They forgot about the manicure. Had the same lady who did my pedicure do my manicure, overall manicure wasn’t good. I have sugar scrub in between my fingers and my polish is thick, look at photos. Nearly 2 and half hours for regular polish mani and pedi.

While waiting for my puppy to be groomed, I decided to stop into Willow Nail Salon to pass the time. They were kind enough to squeeze me in for a walk-in appointment on Valentine’s Day, even though the shop was completely full, which I truly appreciated. The customer service at the beginning was amazing. Unfortunately, my experience changed once I asked for a small correction to my pedicure. My big toe has acrylic on it and was cracked down the center. The technician didn’t file it down properly, and looking back, I feel a fill should have been suggested. Instead, she kept adding more polish to try to even it out, which made it thick and chunky. When I asked if the polish could be removed and repainted so it could be done correctly, another technician came over with an unpleasant attitude. She was noticeably loud while addressing the situation, which felt embarrassing—especially in a packed salon where people started looking. I have social anxiety, so speaking up was already difficult for me, but if I’m paying $45 for a pedicure, I expect it to be done properly. Although they attempted to “fix” the nail and filed it down, it’s still uneven underneath and doesn’t look great. Great customer service should last throughout the entire appointment, not just at the beginning. I hope this feedback encourages better handling of client concerns in the future.
