Windermere Nails & Spa - Nail Salon Orlando FL

I should have looked at the reviews for pedicures at this location for booking one. I’ve gotten my nails done here and have a tech that I really love who does them but when it came to my toes, I would definitely pick a different place. She started to do gel polish on my toes, and when I told her that I did not want that service, she wiped it off to do the regular pedicure. When she did paint the gel, it looked good. We then began a regular pedicure which consisted of soaking my feet and barely attending to my toes and bottom of my feet. The most that was done was a hot towel on my legs and slight cleaning of my toenails. Then she proceeded to paint my toes with the regular nail polish instead of the gel. That is what is shown in the picture below. There were nails were half painted, it was clumpy, and half of the paint was on my cuticles. The service was absolutely not worth the $35 that they charge for it so I asked her to wipe them off and redo the paint because it looked as if my child had done it. She went back-and-forth with me, saying that it was because my skin was dry, it was because my toenails were too short, and then finally ended up, blaming it on the polish. But the polish was fine when she did the gel? I’ve never had an issue with getting my toes painted. They’ve always been this short so I would just definitely pick a different location to get a pedicure. definitely avoid this one.

Love this salon! Very kind and attentive staff. They never disappoint. The salon is very clean and well kept. I see T.A. and she really focuses on finding colors that match you perfectly and I love that she makes sure you're happy before leaving. I can't recommend this nail salon enough. I even sent my friend who's VERY picky and he LOVES it! ❤️🥰

My first time at Windermere Nail & Spa and I absolutely loved it! The staff was so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating from the moment I walked in. Jonathan did my nails and he was AMAZING. He really took his time with my nail design and made sure everything was perfect. Abby did my pedicure and she was so sweet and knowledgeable—she recommended the best service for my pedicure and it turned out wonderful. The salon is very clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and they have such a huge variety of colors to choose from. I’m so in love with my nails and my overall experience here. I will definitely be coming back!

Love Kat! he does great work and have very nice staff. They gave a variety of colors and options that impress! Also had a a pedicure which was amazing. I have been 2 times before and will continue to go!
