I loved being there. I received from my husband the perfect gift for my birthday. A 90 min. CBD massage. I was there a couple hours early and the girls in the front desk welcomed me, gave me a tour for the spa, showed me the locker area, the amenities they had, the snacks. The gluten free blueberry muffins delicious!!! I used the hot tub and sauna inside the women's room. 10 min before my massage I went in to the waiting area. At 2:00 pm Anita came for me, asked about where I wanted to focus my massage and I was honest with her. My neck, my back, my sciatic nerve and legs. I added a note that I needed a deep tissue massage and OMG !!! The BEST MASSAGE I ever had in my 43 years. Her energy, the presence, the pressure, the warmth of her hands was a 1000/10. I left, relaxed, with no pain in any part of my body and happy. If you have the opportunity don’t hesitate and book your massage with ANITA!!!! Definitely I’ll come back and book an appointment with her.

My friend and I visited this hill country spa for the first time for her birthday last week. I had the Windflower massage and classic facial, while she had the deep tissue massage. The overall aesthetic is rustic hill country which fits the look of the property. I enjoyed the pool area being private from the main hotel and the spaces were clean and tidy. My massage and facial were relaxing and the providers were kind and accommodating. My friend was a little disappointed in her deep massage stating she didn’t prefer the metal tools used and that there wasn’t much discussion about her preferences ahead of time. The spa food menu is limited, but there are other restaurants on site that I recommend visiting. We ended up ordering lunch from the menu and the staff were very helpful in getting it to us quickly before our services. The disappointment really comes from not having service available when it comes to ordering drinks or additional items at the pool. You have to dry off every time you want a glass of wine and ask for it at the front desk. This makes it difficult to enjoy relaxing when you are required to get up multiple times. We also asked twice about ordering a bottle and never received an update. Overview: services were relaxing, environment clean and rustic in design, Hyatt needs to update their luxury services to match the cost and marketed quality of the experience. Also, please add honey to your hot tea bar!

My husband and I had a great experience at Windflower Spa. We were promptly greeted and shown around the facilities. The area is calm and serene while still keeping a subtle Texas flare which I love. The couples Duet massage was amazing. The outdoor pool area is beautiful and quiet. The indoor area is well kept and clean. I appreciated the variety of snacks and drinks available to us. Everything about the experience was wonderful. Would definitely come again.

Gorgeous location with pool covered by trees! Billain was sweet and gentle Sera gave me one of the best massages ive ever had and made some awesome skin recs too! Amy always w a smile, she deserves a raise! the locker room was perfect , i was so relaxed i didnt want to leave! some advice: stock more snacks :) maybe a couple cots by the pond? sign in locker room about resetting code every time u open ;) ty from a workinmama
