Do not rent with these people. They are strictly pro owner. They have been colluding with the owner and my neighbor to watch me even going as far as having the neighbor take pictures of the home. The owners are even scheduling people to come out to the house to do stuff without communicating with us! Now because we called them out they tried to send someone for a random inspection and it hasn't been 6months. They also are trying to tack on a change the filter fee even though I emailed them a picture of the filter. They are very over bearing sending me repeated emails and texts for minor repairs that most people do at move out such as asking me to have entire walls painted and telling me to clean chalk off the house even though we have months left on the lease. I'm in the middle of filing complaints with the HUD and attorney general while also trying to find a lawyer so we can get out of here because we don't feel safe knowing our neighbors are taking pictures and reporting back every little detail! Mind you we literally have no major issue with every inspection! They site us for minor things like paint scuffs from rubbing against the walls or missing door stoppers! They want the homes to look like model homes! After every one of my inspections they repeatedly email me and texted me about these minor things for example one time they asked me to clean my oven and it's wasn't even dirty it had residue from a cleaner I used before the inspection. They wanted me to send photos to show it was cleaned! They do this after every inspection even if you just renewed your lease! They also stopped offering certain amenities or try to over charge for amenities they offered when you first signed the lease like “smart home features” & pest control. I wouldn't even believe the good reviews I think they have people making fake reviews because a lot of people who are leaving bad reviews are saying pretty much the same thing as me! I already know I'm going to need to record and take pictures of every inch of the outside and inside because they are going to try to rack up charges to keep my deposit. They accidentally sent me emails meant for another tenant moving out and that's what they were doing to her! (I will follow up with this later to add pictures I'm having to do this any way for my complaints I'm filing)

This process of showing was the easiest I have encountered. Professional establishment. The home is beautiful, I love it actually. Looking forward to hopefully conducting business with the agency. Thank you for a great experience so far.

Honestly great folks to work with! Quite a hefty fee if you don’t change the air filter on time but it’s their job to ensure the property gets taken care of! House was clean and in good shape and they helped all the time with any questions I had (which were a lot). The semi annual property checks were new to us as renters but it is understandable. They returned most of our deposit back to us and didn’t overcharge for fixing chipped paint/leaving items behind like other managements would. I genuinely appreciated how they were responsive and quick to help me fix an issue (even when we had a troublesome neighbor). You all were great!
