Unfortunately, my experience here wasn’t the best. While the acrylic and gel do last a long time, it’s just not worth it. During my last visit, I asked for a simple design, but when it came time to do it, the technician told me he couldn’t because he had to leave early for a wedding. That felt extremely unprofessional. On top of that, my nails were filed down so aggressively that they became sensitive even to warm water. For a gel pedicure, medium length basic acrylics (with no color), I was charged over $180. Again, not worth it. The price should reflect not only the work done, but also the overall customer experience. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t meet those expectations. I've been 3 times. In the pictures: 1. What I received the first time (no color) 2. Regular gel nails 3. What I asked for (I received something similar to the 1st picture, I was so disappointed I didn't take any pictures)

I called to make an appointment and was surprised by how I was treated. The person who answered the phone immediately and rather rudely asked whether I was “going to no-show again.” She claimed I had missed two previous appointments. I get my nails done very infrequently, usually only for a special event or travel and I have always shown up for my appointments. When I asked for details about these alleged no-shows, she couldn’t provide any information other than saying it was noted under my phone number. I completely understand that no-shows are frustrating and costly for businesses, but being accused of something I didn’t do and then not being given any evidence was disappointing. Her insistence that I was at fault, despite being unable to explain the situation, left a very bad impression. As a result, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Too bad, because I was ready to book an appointment.

I uh advan appointment for 2pm, I called and let them know I was running late due to car troubles and was trying to make it there for 2:30. When I finally did get there it was about 2:45pm hours hen I walked in the salon was completely empty so I figured at least I didn't hold anyone up. Then one of the nail techs said that they couldn't see me cause I was late, even though I had called and let them know I was going to be. And they refused to see me period like they were fully booked. But like I said the salon was completely empty and when I walked out I couldn't leave cause my car was overheating anyways so I had to wait , there were no other appointments or customers in the salon for the next almost 30 minutes after I was turned away. Which I could understand if they had other appointments scheduled but they didn't. And I've been trying to come here to have this acrylic set done for over a week and was planning to drop about 200+ on both mani and Pedi. But sitting around doing nothing is more important than making money or running a good salon. But after looking at some other reviews and reading about the continuous bad service and unsanitary conditions of their utensils they use on people and seeing pictures of people's toe nails infected with fungus after coming here, I'm going to take it as a blessing in disguise and the universes way of saving me from a disaster of an experience or an unwanted ailness in the future. To those who test the waters may more than luck be on your side, and I hope your experience is better than mine

Absolutely delighted with my 5th visit to this salon! My experiences here have been consistently exceptional. I've used both manicures and pedicures, and without fail, I've left the salon with a smile on my face. My go-to nail artist, Ryan, consistently delivers an outstanding job.
