Whether someone is beginning a home search, considering a rental, or preparing to place a property on the market, the agency is positioned to support real estate needs with a Houston-focused perspective.

For prospective buyers, World Wide Realty, llc can be a useful resource when comparing homes and exploring neighborhoods throughout Houston. Customer feedback specifically recognizes agents who have helped clients view several properties, consider alternatives, and ultimately find a home that suited their needs. One reviewer described a positive experience working with Katelyn Bly while searching for a new home with their spouse, noting her suggestion of a property they were especially happy with. This can be particularly relevant for households that want guidance while weighing options rather than rushing a decision.

The agency also appears to work with rental-related needs. A reviewer credited Karen Martin with helping them navigate the buying process as a first-time buyer and supporting the later rental process. As with any real estate agency, communication and fit with an individual agent are important considerations. The available reviews include both appreciative accounts of agent support and concerns from other customers about responsiveness and follow-through. Prospective clients may benefit from discussing expectations, availability, and the specific services needed before moving ahead. World Wide Realty, llc holds a 3.9 rating from 37 reviews and is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with weekend closures. Its S Voss Road location makes it a practical Houston option for people seeking local real estate assistance during standard business hours.

Rodolfo Trevino is extremely unprofessional. My family is in the market to rent/ buy and we were looking for a rental property and agent. We found a property we liked but getting a hold of him was pretty difficult. I called the office and spoke to a man who also agreed Rodolfo is hard to get a hold of. We finally got in contact with Rodolfo and were able to view the home. I texted Rodolfo quickly that we were interested and negotiated a price. An email was sent to him about the requested information and we awaited his response. I drove by the home 2 days later and another family was already moving in. When I texted him that I was waiting for his response he said, “Sorry if there was confusion but someone has moved in”. I’ve bought and sold properties before, never have I seen such unprofessionalism from an agent.

In regards to Myrls Country’s review. Karen Martin has been the best realtor! I have know her for about 5 years now. She helped me buy my house. As a first time buyer, she helped me navigate the process. She went above and beyond, in my opinion. I recently put that house up for rent and Karen has been helping me. I want to address a recent review she received from Myrls Country. The guy (Brian Faulk) tried to rent my home. He negotiated, which is fine. I lowered the price during the negotiation. He contacted Karen at the beginning of November and was being extremely hasty. He halfway filled out the application. When he did, he randomly wrote an amount that was not agreed on. (Trying to be sneaky??) He tried to move in within the next day. He wanted to pay a month after his move in date and not pay for the extra few weeks, as if that’s how it works? Adjusting the rate for the month is a thing, my guy. He then ghosted Karen and popped back up with a demand to move in the next day. I did not want this guy as a renter. I rent other properties and he seemed off. Karen told him no and he decided to be a child and write a nasty review. (Did that make you feel good, Mr. Faulk? Grow up.) I just felt like I needed to clear the air for Karen. People see these reviews. Karen is the sweetest person and would give anyone the clothes off her back if they needed. She is an amazing realtor and a great friend.

I highly recommend Katelyn Bly if you’re looking to find your new home! She went above and beyond to help me and my wife find our new home.. we went to look at several homes and then she suggested one she had looked into and I’m glad she did. We are so happy in our new home! Can’t thank her enough for all she did. Katelyn Bly thank you so much! You’re the best, we wish you many more success.

Karen Martin has to be the worst realtor on the planet. She acts like a child. I filled out an application. Negotiated price and asked to send me another pic of the back of the property. She ignored me. Then i follow up 2 weeks later to close the deal and she has amnesia. Tells me shes needs another application and was playing games i guess. World Wide Realty and this women have lost my business. Waisted my time for 3 weeks. We spoke all day today and the last thing she said was, THAT WAS 3 WEEKS AGO. WE NEED TO START OVER AND WE CAN DO IT AFTER THANKSGIVING. Buyer Beware. I do not reommend this company until the find a new screen process for there realitors.

Katelyn B. is very unprofessional. I was working with her on a rental property for about 3 weeks. I drove down from MS to HTX to sign a lease and receive keys on 10/29. Once arrived in HTX, I attempted to call her and text her, just to find out I was blocked. I reached out to the Property Owner and they were waiting to “receive” my information from her. As of Today, the Property Owner nor I has successfully got in touch with Katelyn or anybody that works for this company.
