Wynn Nails & Spa

My daughter and I get pampered every year. This year I had no clue where to go due to us moving in the near area. So, I googled "5 Star Nail Salons Near me" and I saw Wynn Nail & Spa. The reviews were my go to. I instantly fell in love with what I saw. I was aiming for the DeSoto area, but wouldn't have made it in time from where I was coming from, which saddened me. Determined to press forward with our plans, I googled other locations and I came across the Dallas location. This was my very first time visiting this location and when I say NO DISAPPOINT.....there was none given nor taken. Everything was WONDERFUL!!! With only 3 staff working, they all pitched in to make my daughter and I's visitation worth it, even while attending to 2 other customers at the time. They were so nice. Henry did excellent on my pedicure, as well as my baby's hands. Helen did great with my baby's feet. Samantha did OUTSTANDING on my French tip ombre nails with design. She absolutely 👏🏾TOOK👏🏾 HER 👏🏾TIME, perfected and critiqued the look I requested. They all went overboard even at closing time and did not one time rush us, even when my baby changed her mind in getting a last minute manicure with extension. Henry went so out the way, he gave my baby chicken 😂 and grapes and also served us drinks of our choice. IT ALL WAS OVERALL WONDERFUL!!! I WILL BE BACK AGAIN!!!!! THANK YOU, WYNN TEAM OF DALLAS!! IT WAS WORTH THE TRIP!!!

I have came to this place 3 times now and both times were really good, but I just left and I felt like the guy was rushing the whole time. Some nails do not look almond shape, some are crooked. The design was okay, but I felt like I was overcharged.. I should have waited for T, he is really good. I still plan on going back, but with T. Update: T fixed them and they're so cute now!! I love them. I will definitely be going back with T, if you go please ask for him. Owner was so nice as well and apologized.

I’m obsessed with how my nails turned out! The shape was exactly what I wanted; super clean and flattering. She was really nice and quick with it, but still took her time to make sure everything looked perfect. Definitely recommending them

Boy this place has really changed since Donnie and his wife left. First of all, there were like 5 different cups of drinks half drunk on one table. It looked so so messy. One was dripping on me. Second, there were spit out seeds of black cheeries in plain sight; the amount he charged me for my daughter's manicure with TWO drawings was $35. Why put prices on the website if they are going to charge you what they want. Never ever going there again. Only thing good was there manners. At least they were friendly. The picture i posted was of the prices. The fruits one was $30. That was not even done on my daughter. So why charge me $35!! Ridiculous!! Very disappointed

Stopped here on way to airport after long week of work. They did an amazing job. The fancy pedicure was wonderful, took 90 minutes and I got great rest. Plus love my nails and toes and I am super picky.
