Sign in to reviewThis was extremely frustrating. I called ahead to check if they were busy and was told they were not, and to come in at 2:45 PM. I showed up as instructed and ended up waiting an hour and a half. After all that waiting, I was still told I would need to wait longer. I left. I’ve never done that before at a salon. It honestly feels like the front desk never put me down at all. This is the third time I’ve come here for a hair cut, and every single time I’ve waited at least 45 minutes, even when I had an appointment. I don’t understand their scheduling system, but it’s clearly broken. Definitely won't be returning.
I found this place through Groupon for gel manicure and pedicure. first time visiting and Jennifer did my nails. She is amazing so as everyone else. Wonderful place, clean, beautiful with a very nice staff. They also do eyelashes with the best price on Groupon, I loved it and since then I visit them 5 more times so far. Go to Groupon, don’t buy just call them and pay directly, they have cheaper price when you call👍🏼👌🌹⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Besides Jennifer everyone else are good too. ♥️ Is better to call them first for appointment. They are so good that walk-ins get really crowded. I am very happy finding this place ♥️🙏10 ⭐️s from me.
I was extremely disappointed with this pedicure. I came in and asked for regular polish and was told they don't have many colors which is fine. The girl showed me a box and I picked one and she grabbed it from my hand and started yelling at another girl in the salon. Then she showed me another box and the same pattern continued. They finally asked what color I wanted and they found one. For a $39 pedicure there was no massage, no callous clean up or anything. Would not recommend coming here unless you want to be made to feel like an inconvenience.
Omg loving this place!!! Coco did such a good job every time! I see some comment mentioned about the price, I’m just gonna say you get what you pay for. They do offer cheaper gel and other option. If you want premium Japanese gel then you pay the premium price. Make sure you call for appointment they generally pretty busy.
This was an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. First, due to the technician’s lack of skill, the nail color I received started falling off within just two days, making them completely unusable. Even more concerning, during the eyelash treatment, the staff handled the procedure roughly and unprofessionally, resulting in a burning sensation and what was later confirmed to be a mild burn on my eyelid. What’s most unacceptable is that when I raised these issues, the store took no responsibility whatsoever. There was no proper explanation, no apology, and no attempt to offer any kind of resolution. Their evasive and dismissive attitude was deeply upsetting. For a service-based business, lacking both technical competence and basic accountability is a serious problem. I strongly advise others to think twice before coming here, as the risks clearly outweigh the potential benefits.
