Massage is the service most clearly highlighted in customer reviews. Guests describe the experience as relaxing, professional, and attentive, with one reviewer noting that the massage worked out built-up tension and another saying it helped ease back and neck discomfort. These are personal experiences rather than guaranteed results, but they suggest that Y Spa may suit visitors seeking a focused massage and a chance to feel more at ease. Reviewers also mention attention to detail and positive service, making the overall visit—not just the massage itself—part of the appeal. No particular massage technique or additional treatment is specified in the available business information, so guests with specific preferences may want to ask the spa directly.

The atmosphere is another point that comes through in the feedback. Visitors describe a relaxing vibe and a great atmosphere, which may appeal to someone hoping for a calmer break in the day. The comments also mention staff members Lulu and Lena by name, thanking them for their attention and service. If personal attention matters to you, these reviews provide a concrete example of the kind of care some guests have experienced. Experiences can differ, and the available rating is 3.8 out of 5 from 16 reviews, so it is sensible to read recent feedback and consider what matters most for your own visit.
