Yan's Hair Salon（华华发廊）

Yan's Hair Salon (华华发廊) is a neighborhood hair salon in Portland, Oregon, located at 9226 SE Division St A3, Portland, OR 97266. Customers describe a welcoming, straightforward place for haircuts, with attentive service and a stylist who takes time to understand what each person wants. For people looking for a local salon on SE Division Street, the customer feedback points to practical cuts, personal recommendations, and a familiar experience that has brought some clients back for years.

Men’s haircuts are a frequently mentioned service. One longtime customer says visits have been consistently positive over nearly three years, describing a haircut that took about 20 minutes and noting that the owner understands customers’ needs. Other reviewers also praise the results of men’s cuts. Customers have mentioned prices of $15 and $18 in their reviews; these are past customer-reported amounts, not a confirmation of current pricing, so it is best to check with the salon for today’s rates. The feedback may be useful for anyone seeking a simple, efficient haircut with an attentive stylist.

The salon also offers styling services beyond men’s cuts, according to customer experiences. One reviewer shares that she had her hair permed and cut, and that the salon recommended conditioner to help maintain her curls. About six months later, she found that her hair was still curly and looked natural. Another longtime client appreciates guidance on choosing a flattering style and suitable hair-care products, and says her hair has remained healthy and shiny. These accounts suggest that customers value both the finished look and practical advice for maintaining their hair at home.

Yan’s Hair Salon may suit people seeking a personal, neighborhood salon for a haircut, cut and perm, or one-on-one hair-care guidance. Reviews describe an owner who listens, makes recommendations based on individual needs, and provides service that encourages repeat visits. The business has a 4.9 rating from 7 reviews; that rating reflects a small set of customer feedback, rather than a guarantee of any particular result. The salon is open Monday through Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you are planning a visit, contact the salon directly to confirm availability, services, and current prices.
