Another reviewer was glad to try mi quang after a server recommended it, describing a rich, flavorful broth and soft noodles. Guests looking for a noodle soup can consider pho or bun bo hue, though one review reports that the pho had sold out by 4 p.m. That detail is a useful reminder that availability may change during the day.
Reviews also call out tender brisket in the pho and the bun nem nuong cha gio, which one guest’s partner especially enjoyed. I came here after seeing this place mentioned in the Michelin Guide, so I had pretty high expectations. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. By 4 PM, the pho was already sold out, but that was fine since I also enjoy bun bo hue. The broth was decent, but the noodles were extremely broken into tiny pieces and seemed overcooked. They were impossible to pick up with chopsticks, so I ended up eating the noodles with a spoon throughout the entire meal. I ordered two noodle dishes, and they only gave us one small piece of lime on the side, which felt a little careless. The service was also pretty average and didn’t really make up for the disappointing food. Overall, I’m glad I tried it, but based on this experience, I honestly don’t understand the Michelin Guide recommendation. I was expecting much more and probably wouldn’t come back.
Delicious! The banh cuon was super fresh and the bean sprouts, mint, and cilantro were an added bonus. I think the red meat is called nem chua, which was very flavorful. Nice touch. I’ve never had mi quang before. Glad the server recommended it. Broth was rich and very flavorful. Noodles were soft but also perfectly chewy with a nice bite. The toppings were all delicious. Pork, shrimp, quail eggs, and peanuts. Will be back for sure!
This is a Vietnamese restaurant with a relatively small menu. The offering is very traditional Vietnamese dates and tasty. We had a nice experience here.
Every dish we ordered was amazing. I am really surprised that the brisket in pho was actually tender, that's not the case in many pho places. This is now my go-to vietnamese food place.
I was craving banh cuon and tried this restaurant. It was so worth it! Every ingredient tasted high quality and clean. I usually don’t like bean sprouts, but I enjoyed it with their banh cuon. My partner got the bun nem nuong cha gio and he said it was the best he’s ever had. We will definitely be back to try more from their menu! It’s a bit rare to find banh khot in Vegas. Location is close to China Town with easy parking. It wasn’t busy when we went for Friday night dinner but I hope more people find out about this restaurant so they can stick around for a long time.
