Zara Nails Bar

Kim did my manicure exactly like the Pinterest picture I had. She was so sweet and communicative with me as well as ensured I got exactly the nails I wanted. Also, she delivered! Like these are the best nails I’ve ever gotten ever!! I am obsessed. Love. Will be back for my birthday nails. The place is also very nice and beautiful inside. All staff was sweet and they gave me complimentary Vietnamese coffee and cookies.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this salon for almost two years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. A while back, I asked one of the nail technicians if I should remove my builder gel because I was concerned about my nail. I was told it was completely fine and there was no need. At my most recent appointment, a new technician was shocked by the condition of my nail. My natural nail had lifted from the nail bed and was thick, white, and clearly damaged. It became obvious that this damage developed while I was receiving services at this salon. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager attempted to cut my nail in the front lobby, in front of other customers. It was extremely painful, yet she repeatedly insisted it was “just discomfort.” My pain and concerns were dismissed, and there was little to no accountability for what had happened. What disturbed me even more was what I noticed afterward. I walked back inside and saw that the file and drill bit that had just been used on my damaged nail were still sitting out with the manager. They had not been taken away to be disinfected or disposed of. Whether they intended to clean them later or not, seeing tools that had just been used on a potentially infected nail left sitting out was incredibly concerning and made me question the salon’s sanitation practices. I trusted this salon for nearly two years and never expected to leave with a damaged nail and an experience that made me feel dismissed and unheard. I’m now left dealing with a nail that may take months to fully recover. I hope the owners take customer safety, proper sanitation, and accountability much more seriously because no one should have to go through this. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.

I had such a great experience at Zara nail salon! I got an umbrella nail design and it came out absolutely beautiful—so detailed and exactly what I wanted. The staff really took their time and made sure everything was perfect. What stood out the most was how kind and welcoming everyone was. Every single person there was extremely nice and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. It’s not just about great nails here, it’s the whole experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality work and a friendly atmosphere!

tori is sooo talented and sweet!! she’s insanely skilled and loves doing detailed/design sets :) daisy who did my pedicure is so sweet and skilled too! their vietnamese coffee is delicious, the place is beautiful and everyone there was welcoming, it’s a very positive atmosphere. this goes to the top 10 best choices i’ve done this year lol i love my nails!! 🥹
