Took my friend to pick up 2 dresses she had altered...one dress still did not fit correctly and it would be too difficult to fix in time for Friday when needed (had already been 5 days). She was charged $30 per dress and the store wanted cash because "card machine was slow". Alterations, pricing and "customer service" (or lack of) are definitely not recommended.

Zahora was very sweet and her work is amazing. She sewed 4 of my saris into lehengas and they turned out even better than I imagined! She also sewed a lehenga for my 2 year old and it came out so cute and the sizing was perfect too. Her turnaround time was quick and her prices were also fair. Definitely will be returning in the future!

I have never felt compelled to write a negative review until now. This was undoubtedly the worst alteration I have ever had in my life. Not only was my bridal shower dress left crumpled up in a plastic bag but the work was terrible. They did not use pins to tailor the dress to my actual body and it looks like a sack of potatoes. NEVER come here!!

Unprofessional and over priced for rude and subpar service. Don’t recommend at all. I’ve never given a 1 star review but this place really got under my skin, and here’s why. They charged me $90 for taking in the waist and removing the chest padding on 2 saris. When I went to pick it up a week later it was entirely too tight so they redid it hastily in 15 minutes after taking my measurements on the day of pick up - they didn’t measure me when I tried it on when I dropped it off they just felt it and said “okay like an inch off each side”. They messed up the zippers and all they said was “okay we can give $5 off.” I’d rather cut my own clothes than have to deal with these people.

Me and my family have known Mrs. Zahora and her family for years. We are extremely satisfied with their work. They will work with you to tailor clothes the way you want it. I have given lot of Indian clothes for stitching and alterations.
