Zen Massage

Unfortunately, I will not be coming back after being a client for years. I paid for an hour massage by Tony and all the time was spent on my upper back and shoulders, I was left with much more pain then when i arrived. I also told Tony no more back but he did not seem to understand. He probably spent 10 seconds on my hands and head after that. Also the oil seems to be mixed with water or something else because it did not feel normal. This was a very bad experience, I had to come home and put ice hot on my shoulders for the pain. Plus the prices went up.

This was my go to place but now it’s new management, new staff, new up-charged pricing. I did not enjoy my massage at all. My shoulders and back feel worse after leaving. There was no working to get my knots out properly. Tony worked on me (sorry)…but unfortunately I will not be coming back anymore.

I had my first massage a few days ago and it was great! My only complaint is that I paid for a full hour and he spent most of it on my back! By the time he had me turn over he had 5 min and that was it! Other than that they are extremely nice and customer service was amazing! I would actually go back and maybe this time I’ll try someone else

This was my first time here and I am not sure if I would come back and give them another try. I didn’t have a terrible experience, but there are so many other places that have impressed me more. First off, their prices are good and similar to their competitors. I liked that the massage was done on a chair/bed that was flat and not a couch like other places I have been to. The place is clean, but extremely cold. The masseuse placed a thin towel over me which didn’t cover my body properly so I wasn’t comfortable during the session. Once she started massaging my feet, she spent three minutes on my toes (on each side). I’m not sure if this is something others prefer or like, but it was weird and uncomfortable for me personally. The massage itself was okay, but definitely not satisfying. The lotion was extremely cold. I’m not saying it should have been warm, but room temperature would be more appropriate especially considering how cold the place already was. Finally, when I paid, the owner nor the masseuse informed me there was a fee for using credit card. I had cash on me, and it would have been nice if they told me to pay cash instead of card. It's not the fee I had a problem with, but it's matter of principle. There should have been a sign posted. Again, it wasn’t the worst experience I’ve had, but I am not sure I’d come back or recommend this place to others.

This place s terrible. My first time and also my last time. They shorted me on the massage time. I paid $60 for a 60 mins massage but Katie was done with me in 45 mins. I put down $12 tips and she demanded me to give her $15. She said it was hard labor. I argued with her but she wouldn't let me go. So I gave in and changed the tips to $15. Ridiculous!!
