Zen Nails

I really wanted to enjoy this place. As many of the commenters, I was passing by and decided to get my nails done since I hadn’t had time the past few days. I initially just asked for a regular manicure without knowing that they did not have the proper equipment to dry regular polish. I usually just stick to gel but I know how regular polish works. They told me to wait a few minutes and when I decided to wait a bit longer than that and attempted to leave, my nails messed up. I asked them to fix it and they did. They had me sit by a floor fan. Not a nail dryer and it messed up again. I damn near cried. My man and I decided to leave and get some food and I couldn’t even eat peacefully with how horribly my nails looked. I called again, asked to please just make it gel and the guy asked me to come back. I came back and was charged $20 for a polish change. The fun part is, I was apparently given 20% discount for happy hour which is supposedly not for manicures (which they don’t tell you btw) so $16. To fix something that was realistically their fault. I still kindly tipped a good amount. I am writing this review because after only 3 days, my right thumb nail polish has chipped. 🙂no, I do not do rigorous work. In fact, I have been home. The one guy was super nice but the other also had an attitude. Not sure what his problem is but I will not be coming back.

Chrisy was amazing! One of the best manicures I’ve had in years. I live just north of Dallas but will be returning because it’s worth the drive. She listened exactly to my shape request. My new go-to spot when in the city. Request her!

I stopped by this nail shop while passing through Dallas and had such a great experience! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and they did an amazing job on my nails. They really paid attention to detail and made sure everything looked perfect before I left. The salon was clean, relaxing, and the whole appointment felt very professional. If you’re in the Dallas area and looking for a great place to get your nails done, I definitely recommend stopping by!

In Dallas for a conference and decided to do a little pampering. This pedicure was AMAZING!!! The worker was not good at nail art, but got someone else to do it after he struggled. Highly recommend

I love coming here. All of the techs are amazing. I want to give Clara, some love for giving me the most perfect natural manicure. I’ve been growing out my nails for two months and I wanted slightly pointy on my nails and Clara absolutely delivered . She’s very gentle , detail oriented , and kind! I can’t wait to book my next gel mani with her. Also shout out to whoever made me a lychee martini last time I came in and it was perfection hehe
