Sign in to reviewA well stocked asian supermarket that is clean and easy to access with freeways closeby. Many exotic fruits and veggies as well as Asian snacks and seafood. Some small specialty vendors at the same location. See picture attached. One is a snack I loved when in Japan and the other is a store dedicated to all you "CUCKOO" people!
I was really looking forward to enjoying a nice watermelon, but unfortunately, the one I bought turned out quite disappointing. Although the color looked perfect, the inside was mostly mushy, and the rest had no sweetness at all. I ended up throwing it away. I understand that choosing fruit can be tricky, but I hope the store pays a bit more attention to quality so customers can enjoy their purchases with confidence.
I just LOVED this Asian market!! They have everything, and when I say I mean it! You have to go at least once, from produce, fresh seafood, meats, imported/exported products you’ll find them here. They also have like little stores inside the market, like beauty products, clothing, toys, etc. Have in mind if you go you’re going to spend a lot because they have so much stuff (it happened to me 😂) They also have a big free parking lot. Overall, a fantastic market experience and highly recommended. Almost forgot, the best part, they have inside a Paris Baguette bakery for those with sweet tooth!!
Love love love this store! The incredible selection of seafood, kimchi, every Korean food under the sun, as well as an enormous, impressive produce department and all at amazing prices makes this one of my favorite go-to stores. Not to mention the Parisian bakery inside!
These people are rude. They think they’re better than their customers. They post patronizing signs like don’t taste the fruits and don’t leave trash in the carts. Korean markets are traditionally places where you can taste the fruits before you buy it, and even at Vons the produce manager will let you taste fruit if you ask. We never leave trash in the carts, and people who leave trash in carts will ignore the sign anyways so why insult everyone else for no benefit to them? Because they think they’re better than us. Most cashiers are unhelpful and won’t bag your groceries. Also their produce used to be fresher than H Mart, but that’s no longer true. The cashier area has a teeny-tiny shelf for scanned items to be bagged, smaller than any supermarket we’ve ever been to. It’s the width of a paper bag, so if you don’t bag fast enough, items start falling off and the cashier gets upset… at the wrong person, at the customer, not at whoever designed the dumb counter.
