Justin’s always been there for me for small repairs on the truck and repainted my Dads car too. He helped me adjust my doors to keep road noise out ! I want to thank Justin and Jennifer for working with me. This is the fourth car I have had painted in the last five years ! Once again I’m blown away at the job. Truly the best auto shop experience! I couldn't be happier with my experience at Zook Earl Scheib Autobody and Paint at National City! From start to finish, everything was beyond amazing. The customer service is outstanding and everyone was so friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. The owners were incredibly nice and accommodating, and they treated my car as if it were their own. My car's paint had started peeling, so I decided to have it repainted by this auto shop and I'm so glad I did! They did an absolutely beautiful job. The finish looks flawless, the price was very reasonable, and I truly appreciate that they didn't overcharge. My car looks brand new again! Just recently, my car was involved in a hit-and-run accident, and when my insurance asked me to choose an auto shop, I did not even have to think twice. I went straight back to Zook Scheib. I spoke with one of the owners, Maria, and just like her husband, she was so kind, cooperative, and helpful. She guided me through what do do next, like sending the estimated repair cost from my insurance. I'm extremely confident that they will take great care of my car again, just like before. I took my 2011 Ford Ranger to their shop for some significant bodywork and a complete re-paint of my truck. And on my first visit I met Justin. I could tell right away that he and his shop were what I was looking for- a highly professionally managed shop that takes great pride in their work. While there I also checked about some of their completed work. In fact Justin recommended that I do so. As a many-year prior skilled tradesman myself, I was impressed with everything I saw and heard. So I gave him my truck and confidence. A little over a week later, I saw the absolute first-rate work that they did on my Ranger. The truck looks as good if not better that the day I bought it in 2012. They even polished up the head and taillight lenses! I could not be more pleased with my experience with Justin and Zook's Auto Shop. I hope to keep the truck for many years to come.
