I’ve been coming to 2EM Nails for a while now and every single person who has done my nails has always gone above and beyond (Jil, Candy, Emily) My recent favorite is Teresa — she absolutely nails every inspo pic I send her and somehow makes them look even better in real life. She makes the whole process feel effortless and the results are always perfect. Not only does she do a beautiful job but my nails are strong and last! Thi is my go-to for pedicures! She is so clean and detailed, and her foot and leg massages are heavenly. The customer service here is always amazing and everyone is so welcoming. Definitely book in advance because they stay busy for a reason!

This is by far my favorite nail salon I’ve ever been to that wasn’t recommended by a friend, so let me be your friend and recommend it to you! Scheduling: So easy. You can text, call, or book an appointment online. I had a last minute work thing and had to move my appointment and they were so accommodating. Arrival: Free parking is plentiful. It’s located on the second floor! I didn’t know where to look but if you’re facing the building, go to the right and around the corner and you’ll find stairs and an elevator. Atmosphere: Sparkling clean, big open space which I loved. So many salons feel like a long hallway where you end up craning your head to look at a TV or have your head buried in your phone so you’re not making awkward eye contact with the chair opposite you, but not here! Chairs and stations are nicely spaced in an open floor plan so everyone doesn’t have to crawl over each other. Feels so much more dignified. Also they had some great neutral, upbeat music playing that wasn’t just 80’s pop hits. All the other patrons were super respectful, some chatting away with techs, others just relaxing, no loud business phone calls which can really take you out of your experience. Last but not least, the Service!! : I just asked for first available tech and was lucky enough to have Helen. I have NEVER been so happy with a pedicure. Often salons are rushed but not efficient enough in their work to pull it off. I had to take care of a few emails when I got there so had my headphones in and Helen moved around me being zoned in sooo well. Handed me a menu, no attempts at upselling (YAY), moved my legs where she needed them while keeping me comfortable. When I was done with my work and able to relax, she was such a pleasant conversationalist. I know a lot of salons can be places where we celebrate our own and each other’s beauty, but sometimes unprompted compliments can feel a little fake and I didn’t hear anyone do that there. It was so refreshing!! Helen let her work speak rather than do cheap chat, she made me feel like Helen of Troy I felt so cared for and beautiful afterwards. Payment: There’s an ATM, laminated printouts of each tech’s Zelle/Venmo, the accept cards, cash, Apple Pay, you name it! I walked in and out within an hour with the perfect pedicure, a smile on my face, and feeling as relaxed as one does after a 3 hour nap. 2EM and Helen, you have my loyalty! Decided to try 2em Nail Place after reading all the great reviews, and they absolutely lived up to the hype. Tiny was my nail technician for my French manicure, and she did an amazing job as the shape and length were exactly what I wanted. Joey did my pedicure and was just as great. The color came out perfect, and her work was super clean and detailed. Highly recommend both of them and definitely recommend checking out this salon!

My first time here and they were so accommodating. I was able to see someone that day for mani + pedi, gel nails. Sally and Tracy are super sweet and detailed. Sally did my nails off an inspo pic and totally hooked it up - I went home super happy with the result. I found my favorite nail salon 🥳

Highly recommend this nail salon! I’ve been on the search for a good salon and it’s been hard. A lot of techs are sloppy or lazy but not here. Stella did an AMAZING job with my nails and Sally did a phenomenal job with my daughters!! Beautiful work. This is definitely our new spot.
