Ive been wanting to do this review for a minute. Went to go see Charm months ago. She did my cut really nice but it wasnt at all what I wanted. I also booked an appointment for double process color... which she informed me AT THE SALON during my appointment that she doesn't color hair on new clients huh? That was essentially my main reason for coming... was to get color. What's even more puzzling is I had been in communication with her via text about my appointment... so I'm confused why she didn't voice this to me then. Again... really talented stylist but she's not the friendliest and she doesn't listen to what her clients tell her to do. She may have cut my hair "nice" but she completely effed it up from the beautiful tapered from that it once was.

Awesome services. Amazing place to go after work. The ambiance , the atmosphere, Ole School R & B sets the mindfulness of a long day. Did I say snacks available for purchase. The salon is very clean, neat and gorgeous decor. The stylist are very professional and provide 6 star customer service. My hair, I love it! I moved here from out of state two years ago and the work the salon does for all styles is a one stop shop. Call and ask for Naketa. She the owner. Tell her Yolanda Sent me.

This is only getting 2 stars because the place was clean. I went in for a steam treatment, silk press, and cut for an appointment scheduled at 4:30pm…. Why did I not leave the salon till 9:00pm?… never in my life. Then the stylist had let my natural hair completely dry, un-stretched or brushed, before taking a blow dryer with a comb attachment to my hair pulling straight from the root with each pass. All of that just to provide a sub par “silk” press. That was my first and last time I’ll ever be going to that salon.

This review is for the stylist Samantha T. Overall, she did a good job on my hair. The experience was tainted by the fact that she was not timely in working on my hair. It seems like she over commits and over books clients. She was so busy due to having multiple clients to work on all at the same time instead of spacing them out. If you book an appointment, get ready to wait and waste your valuable time while she works on other people. Her prices are reasonable, and the salon is clean.
