4 Seasons Auto Care

I came in about 30 minutes before closing because I needed to get an inspection done on my car. There were a few things that weren’t up to par, and Adalberto took the time to walk me through everything that needed to be fixed and explained what was wrong. I needed to get a tire swap done, so I went and took care of that and came back. By the time I returned, it was already past closing, but Adalberto still waited for me to get back and finished the inspection. He even went the extra mile and installed the windshield wipers I needed. Adalberto was a great guy and provided excellent customer service. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people. I really appreciate him staying late to help me out. Awesome place to go. I definitely recommend them

I couldn’t be more grateful for the team at 4 Seasons Auto Care. My truck’s radiator stopped working in the middle of a road trip, and after calling several places, they were the only shop that answered and immediately took the time to listen and help. They truly went above and beyond. They inspected my truck quickly and even stayed an extra hour past their 6 PM closing time to get the radiator fixed so I could safely finish my road trip. My truck is older, but they got the radiator taken care of and had me back on the road in no time. I really appreciate their professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help when I was in a stressful situation. I highly recommend 4 Seasons Auto Care to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable auto shop. They went above and beyond when I needed it most.

Amazing service and staff. They made sure everything on my car was in working condition and it runs smoothly and great. Will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for professional service.

Best and fastest mechanic shop in Charlotte. Great prices! Made me feel really comfortable and they’re very reliable. Been coming here for some years now and it’s always a breeze!

I couldn't thank the team at 4 Seasons enough for the level of help and care they put towards diagnosing the exact issue with my car, being super transparent with what was being done and pricing more than fair on the job, while being super kind and helpful all throughout the way. I would highly recommend anyone in the Charlotte area to come here for any repair they need on their car and expect to get amazing help and at an amazing price. Big shout out to Edward and Adalberto for all the help on my car, especially being new in the area myself! 🙌
