Got a basic gel manicure and regular toes, but came out with the best results ever! Great variety of colors and took care of my nails very well. This is the best gel manicure I have ever had! Color is 536 (Creamy Macaroon)

TW: BLOOD & UNSANITARY PRACTICES Manicurist cut and poked me twice to the point of blood and proceeded to wipe the powder brush, gel nail polishes, towel, and oils all over my bloody fingers. My blood is all over that station because the artist obviously had no training in sanitary practices. I gave a lot of grace and even tipped thinking it might’ve been a one off mistake, then saw the finished product to be the sloppiest, messiest detail job I’ve ever had on my nails. I was so disheartened that my fingers looked NOTHING like the silver flame I referenced. But the unsanitary practices grossed me out so badly I literally paid $75 for the gel manicure just so I could leave faster to immediate disinfect my hands. I called back explaining as empathetically as I could that I understood maybe this was an accident but given that the artist didn’t even apologize nor take cleaning gestures to take care of my bleeding fingers meant this was probably not the first time this has happened. The design alone was enough for a bad review but the pain in my hands gives it 1 star. The kind receptionist refused a refund to me and offered credit instead but I didn’t want to go back for fear of getting an infection from their unsanitary tools and polishes. It’s such a shame to write this too because the manager was so nice but it felt like she gave me an inexperienced nail tech. I will not come back and recommend you don’t either. Too unsafe cleanliness wise.

It was my first time trying this nail salon and I don’t think I’ll be returning. I felt completely uncomfortable the entire time and what was supposed to be a self care day ended up leaving me extremely unsatisfied and disappointed. The man who did my manicure was rough and rude. He didn’t take the time with my nails to make them look nice. There’s polish all over my hands and left it without trying to fix it. Parts of my nails don’t even have polish on it. On top of that I was made to feel stupid by him.. The woman who did my pedicure however was very sweet and made up for part of it. I wish I had a better experience
