Service was excellent. Had my car towed to Matas on a Wednesday by Tuesday of the next week my car was ready. I truly appreciate how quick it was fixed. Price was very reasonable. Thank u to them for the work quickness. Thank u Deborah. 🙏

If you're iffy about this shop, trust them-they'll take care of you!! My car ended up breaking down after the repair, but they honored their word, reimbursed my tow back to the shop without any hassle, and did everything they could to make it right. That kind of integrity and customer service is hard to find these days. Just treat them with respect and they'll match that energy. They're good people who genuinely care about their customers and stand behind their work. I'd definitely recommend them. Support local!

I’ve been rebuilding my camper van for a West Coast trip and Champa Auto has been a lifesaver. They installed my LED lights, handled a pre-trip inspection, changed the oil, installed a trailer hitch, and optimized my rear shocks. Best part—they let me know my shocks were still good, which meant I didn’t have to spend extra money on an aftermarket setup. The whole crew is awesome—friendly, fast, and hard-working. I’ve literally called the same day and got my van in. It’s rare to find a shop that’s this skilled and this chill. I already booked my BMW for some body work with them. Definitely my go-to in Denver.

I appreciate that they called me with updates from day one. Everyone was nice and friendly. The sun roof looks and works great! I drove all the way from southwest Lakewood, and it was worth the drive. I felt like I really got my money's worth.

I left a 1 start cause unfortunately 0 isn’t an option. My experience with this shop has been extremely disappointing. In March 2025 my 2010 Dodge RAM HEMI was towed here through my extended warranty for an engine issue. The shop confirmed they accepted warranty work. However, my truck ended up being kept for nearly a full year without the problem ever being resolved. The vehicle was returned multiple times, but each time it failed again shortly after. At one point I was told the engine had been replaced, then later that the replacement engine was defective and another one was being awaited. When the truck was returned in May 2025, it also had new damage to the driver’s door, the rear camera no longer worked, and a GPS OBD device that had been installed in the vehicle was missing. Communication was very inconsistent, and many calls were not returned despite repeated attempts to get updates. In January 2026 I was finally told the truck was ready. The business had moved locations without notifying me, and I was given the keys with no receipt or documentation of the work performed. While driving the vehicle home (about 60 miles), the check engine light came back on with the same issue. After nearly a year, the original problem remains unresolved. Based on my experience, I recommend documenting everything carefully if you decide to bring a vehicle here.
