Wow and Wow again!! Cesar and Tiffany are two very outstanding ,patient ,friendly, courteous ,kind and much more individuals. They run a well polished ship and work very hard. Caesar loves his work so be patient with him because he is the main mechanic for the most part. His wife does scheduling so there may be a week wait or so, but what I love about them is you can ask all the questions you want and they take the time to answer them and are very open. Being a mechanic myself, we had a great rapport. I love this gentleman‘s work ethics and how meticulous he is and his hourly rates for one of the main reasons I came to him. They’re about $60-$80 an hour less compared to the competition. I saved at least $1000 compared to other quotes I got. I had some Valve gaskets replaced and a thermostat put in. I didn’t wanna deal with it at my age especially since the engine was mounted sideways. I’ll definitely go back for some engine cleaning techniques in the near future because he showed me some large half thumb size pieces of debris under each valve cover which I was kind of shocked. They have four nice lifts for the cars that are very safe. They have a nice waiting room area and will hand you the remote control for the TV if you need to wait his wife Tiffany is very knowledgeable and great to talk with. 10/27/25 Spent a very productive couple hours introducing this couple to another master mechanic who was very impressed with CaesarS work ethics and character. A wonderful afternoon “I’ll be back“. Before anyone tells you, you need a new engine come here they’ve got some great expertise skill sets to get your engine purring again unless it’s an actual mechanical failure. Believe me you’ll save thousands. I highly recommend this team. Located just off the corner of East SAHARA that meets Sloan Avenue next to the GREEN VALLEY grocery store there.. God bless. I went back in to complete my engine, oil, flush, and change and things as usual went very smooth. can’t wait to go back cause Cesar and Tiffany We’re wonderful and I met some great customers. That was a veteran just like me. We talked for two hours inside the lobby. Over and out.

Cesar and Tiffany at 702 Auto Care have completely earned my trust. From the moment I walked in, it felt like family — Tiffany is thorough and walks you through exactly what's needed and why, and Cesar is honestly a magician when it comes to cars. No pressure, no upselling, just honest work at fair prices. I've been back more than once now, and every single time the experience has been the same: professional, transparent, and genuinely caring. It's rare to find a shop where you feel like they actually have your best interest at heart instead of just trying to run up the bill. If you're looking for a mechanic you can actually trust in Las Vegas, this is the place. Cesar and Tiffany have a customer for life in me!

I really appreciate Tiffany and Cesar taking care of all of my car needs. I needed some substantial maintenance done and their prices were fair. They explained the whole process to me and even showed me the damaged car parts that needed repair. I will be going there for all of my car needs as truly made me feel like a valued customer.

I had a great experience at 702 auto care. I’m a single mom with a car that I purchased for my son. They looked it over. Told me exactly what was wrong with it and the best way to get it repaired …

Great service! My AC was making a loud noise and an even worse noise when I turned right. Cesar diagnosed the problem quickly. He recorded a video and showed me the problem (my AC motor had tilted and was shredding itself). I appreciated that he took the time to record it and show me the problem. Most mechanics would not "waste" the time or effort. He and his wife Tiffanie were friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. Unlike some shops, they didn't upsize the cost of the parts I needed and they have reasonable labor costs. I will definitely bring my car (VW Jetta) back if and when I have any more problems!
