This review is specifically for Blanca, the owner of 714 Hair Salon. I paid $450 for a blonde color service, but the result was nothing like what I asked for. Two days later, I called Blanca to respectfully explain my concerns and see if we could reach a solution. Instead, she immediately became defensive and rude. During my appointment, the bleach dripped onto my eyebrows — a treatment I paid $150 for the day before — and they got burned. Her response? That accidents “just happen.” A professional should NEVER let that happen. On the phone, she even said: “If you take more of my time, I’ll have to charge you.” Excuse me? I paid for a service that was not done correctly. I have every right to be heard. She also made passive-aggressive comments like: “You don’t know how prices are in the United States.” Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. After checking with other stylists, I confirmed that what I paid should have included a full color change, cut, and style — not just uneven blonde streaks and burned eyebrows. I have never been treated with such a lack of professionalism in any beauty salon. As the owner, Blanca should be the example — not the reason customers feel mistreated. I do NOT recommend this salon to anyone who expects quality results and respectful customer service.

OH MY GOODNESSS, I got my hair colored at this place and this is seriously a place you can’t beat! I got my hair done by Laura, and she is the absolute best! When I came in, I never expected my hair to look so good that I was in shock. She gave me tips and advice on caring for my hair to look and feel at best and she is so friendly and a great person to talk to! She took her time and was not rushing at all and that shows a lot! That she cares and wants the best results no matter how long it takes. I have never felt so much admiration and have never been so speechless. There was also another person at the shop and she was also very friendly as well and everything felt so welcoming. The shop is so clean and a very great atmosphere. EXTREMELY recommend! I loved it so much

If you're looking to get your hair done LOOK NO FURTHER! Me and my bestie have been going to this hair salon for 6 months and our hair stylist Olivia is INCREDIBLE! She just did my hair yesterday and she did an AMAZING JOB!!! She's kept in contact with me and took her time on my hair. I've wanted pink hair for years and she exceeded my expectations! I love my hair so much but I love Olivia and her work more! The vibes at the salon are great! Everyone makes you feel safe and welcome. This was my first pink balayage and I'm so in love with it! Ask for Olivia or any of the girls at the salon they will make you look amazing!

I’ve been going to Blanca since 2020, and there is truly no one else I would trust with my hair. She is absolutely amazing at balayage and always delivers beautiful, natural results. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she’s also so sweet and genuinely cares about making sure your hair looks its best. I always leave feeling confident and happy with my hair. Highly recommend!

I had a 1pm appointment with Brenda for color, and the night before, she reached out via text to see if i was able to come in later in order to accommodate an earlier client she had. I let her know that a later hour didn’t work that did and if we needed to reschedule for another day, i was okay with that. She replied and said that her other client was going to come in earlier and that we were good to keep the 1pm appointment. Fantastic, right? Once i show up to my appointment on time, the salon had a closed sign on the door but people inside getting their hair done so i texted Brenda. I let the employee know i had an appointment and she called Brenda to confirm because Brenda was not there. She said that Brenda had called and left a voicemail about not being able to make it at that time because her client had box dye and whatever else. She apparently said that the other stylist could take me, but that stylist also had 4 other clients she was working on at that time so it wasn’t even possible. Long story short, i never got my hair done. They could be the worlds greatest stylists, but the poor communication and flakiness after confirming my appointment, really speaks to the lack of professionalism.
