AAA Milpitas Branch

Went there for DMV service. Even though there is a wait, the service was great and fast. They have a sitting area where you can sit and wait. I find it really helpful that they have a waitlist on their TV so you know when you will be next.

Devon Solis and Sonam really helped me out with getting my car registration. They saved me money & time. Really glad to be an AAA member.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I had an awful experience at this AAA branch when trying to transfer my license plates from out of state. During my first visit, I was told I needed an appointment, so I made one for my two cars. On my second visit, I was informed that I needed two separate appointments for each car, but the website wouldn’t let me book a second appointment under the same name. A staff member kindly helped me book the second appointment under my partner’s name. Everything seems right until the third visit I made earlier today. When I arrived for my third visit, the receptionist, Thuy, had a TERRIBLE attitude when I explained the situation. She told me it wasn’t allowed to have two appointments under different names while that was the suggestion from her coworker last time and removed me from the waitlist without any attempt to resolve the issue. I was only able to process one car’s transfer, despite having scheduled both appointments. The manager on site was not helpful at all. They have 3 staff work at the DMV department I don’t understand the reason for me to come back in another day. The customer service was poor, and I was met with conflicting information at every visit. Thuy’s unprofessionalism and lack of willingness to help only made the experience worse. I wouldn’t recommend this AAA office to anyone.!

This office is the worst! They added a stranger to my Premier membership and when I went in to ask why they were confused and accusatory. Ok, they finally removed it. Time to renew and the bill still has that strangers name. I called member services directly…was told this office never removed the strangers name. Goodbye AAA, Hello Geico!

The staff at this location is very friendly and accommodating. I was told to just stop by at any aaa to get my new license plates and I happened to go to this branch. They were short staffed and this is a smaller office as compared to others but the staff helped me to get my new plates quickly. They even resolved the payment issue with the DMV and by calling other AAA office.
