Warning to the immigration community: Do not trust this firm. I hired Kim Bruno's firm for an identity amendment case. They completely passed me off to an unsupervised paralegal who neglected my case. I paid $300 out of my own pocket for a vital DNA test to prove my identity, and they completely failed to submit it to the court. Because they hid my evidence and didn't do their jobs, the court canceled my amendment. They take your money, do nothing, and then claim they 'did all they could.' Protect your money and your legal safety—go somewhere else."

Terrible service. Very unprofessional. Waited one hour without anyone saying anything, after one hour they bring us to a room with an assistant and she told us the attorney wasn't there. We spoke to the attorney via a video call with no video. When we asked for our probabilities of winning the case she rudely told us the only thing she could guarantee us is death and taxes. Right off the bat she told us we would not win the case, without getting all the details. Then she proceeded to tell us that they would take the case and started asking her assistant how much they charged. Her assistant said 1000 and Kim said 3000. It seemed like they were making up numbers in the air. She must be used to people that don't say anything back since she is so rude and condescending. She is a lawyer, out of so many, not God. I'm glad I didn't waste any money on her. Would not recommend at all. She doesn't know how to talk with people in an educated way.
