The owner is friendly and professional. The owner offers straight to the point auto advice and has reasonable prices. It's really hard to find reputable auto mechanics but Advanced Asian and European Auto is now my go to mechanic for our two Toyota Sienna's.

Richard's diagnosis was spot on, and the repair was done in the time promised and at reasonable cost. I drove away with a smile and a car that ran well.

Richard the Owner has been my mechanic for 15 years. I have received nothing but the best quality on repairs and maintenance on my vehicles. He is truthful and will work with you to find an affordable price. He goes above and beyond customer service and quality on repairs. We trust him with all of our vehicles.

My first time using them, and the service was outstanding. We had a problem with our Rogue’s AC, and ABS sensor. They could have charged us for a new housing, but Daniel was honest with us, and said it was still in good shape, and didn’t need to be replaced. Saved us money. They were upfront with the charges, and kept us posted on the status/cost. Honesty of the shop was refreshing. Owner Richard was so personable, nice, patient, and with my questions. Will definitely use th again.

I would leave no stars. I called and spoke to Richard about a timing belt service on my 3000GT VR4 1993. Instead of telling me he and the shop lacked the skills to do the easiest timing belt job possible as it is all marked and impossible to mess up and engineered so the owners can be in engine more. Instead of saying he can't he went on a constant rant telling me how my car is trash and is like the 350z and I need a different car. How because it's old that he may run into old hardware etc etc. Like dude if that's the case you don't need to work on any car below 2010. This shop was scared to touch my car. I ended up doing the timing belt myself in the driveway in half a day. They wanted 3000$ plus more for when it was 85$ kit. But I work on aircraft engines and have the skills I didn't take a 30 hour GSE auto class. These car mechanics charge way to much for parts was 85$ but they wanted $2910 dollars for labor?? I did the job myself and it has been running fine and road trip for a about a week. This guy was tryna send me to his friend Alan as a contractor or something they never got back to me and glad I did it myself. Hell I'll even open my shop at this point but I'll keep spreading this experience. All my years it's the same issue with shops oil change queens who think turning a wrench makes then engineers or mechanics. Scare ti touch my car lol. That's a new one
