I absolutely love this team! My husband had a double lung transplant and now has an overwhelming number of medications to manage. They have supported us every step of the way. From having his prescriptions ready while we were in Orlando—an hour away—to helping load cases of water into my truck, they have consistently gone above and beyond. Everyone has been kind, helpful, and dependable throughout this journey. Their outstanding customer service and genuine care have made a challenging situation so much easier for our family. We truly appreciate everything they do and highly recommend them!

I have been served as a Liver Transplant patient by Advent Pharmacy Orlando for years now. They are always ready to answer questions, provide additional information, and ensure your current med list on file matches your refill order. I want to recognize Jessica, Pharmacy Tech, she filled my last phone order and was excellent! I hung up feeling happy and assured that Advent has the Best Staff in Orlando! I can say this with confidence - my medical records would fill a bookshelf. I have expierenced the full spectrum of medical service providers, from dismal dank, dark, " Get me Outta Here!" to the other end of "I so happy I'm Here, not There!" Advent is the latter of these 2 extremes. Keep up the good work, you are doing great.

I had such an amazing experience at this pharmacy, and I truly can’t say enough good things about the entire team. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, informed, and taken care of. The technicians and front staff are just as wonderful efficient, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. You can tell this team truly cares about their patients and takes pride in what they do. It’s rare to find a place where everyone is consistently this kind, attentive, and professional. Terrible customer service! Upon my second visit to this pharmacy, I was waiting around 10 minutes in line behind a customer at the counter who was being helped. However, no staff was present whatsover. I went over to the back to an employee at the computer and asked her if there was anyone to help at the counter. She told me to give them a moment, and then I heard someone else say that they're busy working. They then tell the customer in front of me that he will have to wait 20 more minutes (would it have taken 20 minutes for one of them to assist me??) Finally, someone comes up to assist me. They find my medication, but not the label, which causes me to wait even longer. When they finally find my label, I ask them why my medication wasn't shipped to me as they offered (I am days late to receiving my medication because of this). She tells me that it's because I didn't give them the copay. I let her know that when they called me about shipping the medication to me, I asked to be called back because I was on public transportation coming home from work and I did not feel comfortable sharing my card information in public. The employee then tells me that they meant to call me back, but just didn't get to it. This call took place 5/18, I was supposed to get it delivered 5/20, and it is now 5/27. I told her that next time, a call/voicemail or email reminder would have been nice and that I would've provided the copay. Updates on my medication pickup/shipping status and a reminder about the copay would have been MUCH appreciated rather than a surprise automated email saying my prescription was ready for pickup, leaving me to confusion after last week's phone call. I will be transferring my medication to my local Walgreens, terrible customer service!!!!!
