Horrible experience, walked in expecting 60 minute service priced at $65. Once undressed and on table, woman states “is 30 minute ok” because another man walked in. Apparently this man was a regular client who must tips big because she rushed my service. I then paid $50 for a 30 minute service when originally I expected to pay only $15 more to get double the amount of time. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate, icing on cake is woman demanded a tip even after I expressed being upset!!!

Horrible place, first off they make you pre pay! I should have known better, the lady said because people have been walking out without paying, after my so called $75 deep tissue massage I know why people have been walking out! Worst massage ever! The lady that attended to me called her self Lucy and said she was a tourist…. I guarantee she is not a RMT. ZERO CHANCE! She was all over the place and if you have had a massage by a REAL RMT then you know the difference. She left the room 6 TIMES to go help people coming in the front door which is very loud. One would think for $75 you would get there undivided attention…Nope! After my massage I was in the middle of getting dressed when she comes back in to start stripping the massage table, very bizarre, never had that happen before so I just continued to dress with her in the room and the door open. Once dressed I really didn’t even want to tip her since it was such a bad experience but decided anyway to give her $10, she took the $10 and instead of saying thank you ! she asked for a larger tip!!!!!! I said what? And she repeated that I should pay her more….I snatched the $10 from her greedy little fingers and walked out the door. This place is the worst!

What a great experience. I found a groupon for a couples message, the price was great so I called to discuss further options. The honored the price and gave us a wonder addition for a much lower cost. We were highly satisfied with our 1.5 hr message and will definitely return here again. It was just the two of us there and it was a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere.

By far the best massage I've ever had. I have been to many resports and day spas that far exceeded the price of Ami and thought I had a great massage until tonight. My husband and I decided to try this Groupon for a hot stone full body massage and we were kind of hesitant about the location but the job these ladies did and the knowledge they possess about the body is impeccable. We will be going back every week from now on.

Couples massage was great. Friendly staff. Reasonable price. Yes there is a language barrier. It's an Asian parlor so i would expect it to be different. One reviewer complained they didn't use oil for the application of the hot stones this is true but this would be my only complaint. I'll be back again and again.
