Alice Home Care

Our family had a wonderful experience with this agency while caring for my dad during his Alzheimer's journey. From the early stages of his diagnosis until it was time for him to transition to memory care, they consistently provided compassionate, respectful, and reliable care. One of the things we appreciated most was their focus on helping my dad maintain his independence for as long as possible. They treated him with dignity at every stage, took the time to understand his needs, and adjusted their care as those needs changed over time. The caregivers were kind, professional, and dependable, and their support gave our family great peace of mind. They were also an important resource for us as we navigated difficult decisions and changes in my dad's care. We are very grateful for the role they played in helping my dad remain safely and comfortably at home longer than we thought might be possible. I would highly recommend this agency to any family looking for quality home care for a loved one.

From the very beginning, Jina, my main contact at Alice Home Care, was terrific to work with. She understood what we were trying to do with my parents’ care and worked with us to set it up. She’s extremely responsive, thorough, personable and extremely knowledgeable about using longterm care insurance to help defray costs. (The cost for caregivers provided by Alice Home Care is on par with other local home care agencies.) Perhaps more importantly, the caregivers were very capable and experienced. We’d use the services of Alice Home Care again in a heartbeat (no pun intended).

Our mom changed overnight from an independent woman to somebody who needed help with all aspects of daily living. Jina responded to our request for information very quickly. She was professional, reassuring, and made us feel understood and respected. She prioritized our needs and gave my mom her full attention and support. Although we ended up having to move my mom into assisted living and thus didn’t need help from Alice at Home, I cannot recommend this organization highly enough if you want somebody who will genuinely and professionally care for your loved one!

Our experiences with Alice home care have been great. They really do a great job of supplying awesome caregivers. Every one of the caregivers were nice, polite, understood the needs of the patient and really were nurturing and caring. If you are in need of extended patient care/caregiving, I would say that Alice home care is a great choice to make. The front office staff from the person that explained charges to the scheduling person were all fantastic. Very professional and kept lines of communication open for the entire time.
