This review for excellent service and quality work is long overdue. Patrick and his team have been caring for our car for the past 8 years; I have always found him to be professional, informative, and helpful in assessing necessary repairs. And the repair work is top notch. My car is an outlier -- she's a 2008 Audi A4 wagon, a very old lady. I don't want to give her up because I love the manual transmission, which they don't offer on newer models. Of course, given the car's age, things are starting to fail. Patrick always finds a way to repair her at a reasonable cost. Most recently, the Instrument Cluster Panel failed, and Audi no longer makes the replacement part. Undaunted, Patrick researched other repair shops, and after talking with a shop on the East Coast, mailed it off to be fixed, where the mechanic declared it DOA. Patrick checked in with me, and agreed to press on -- I think he had to mail the Panel to two other mechanics, and it finally got fixed in Canada! I kid you not. Total for the fix plus oil change and some other incidentals was just over $2k. Really beats retiring my car. My car and I are happily reunited and she is running beautifully. A+ to Patrick for his knowledge, positivity, and willingness to cheerfully go the extra mile.

Top-tier service from start to finish. Professional, efficient, and truly kind. Patrick, thank you for taking such good care of my dad’s van — especially when you didn’t have to go the extra mile, but you did anyway. That meant more to us than you know.

After traveling to San Francisco for a show at a venue in the Mission district I returned to my truck late in the evening to find it would not start!Suspected fuel pump failure.I have a fitful night of non sleep in my vehicle and by 6am the next day I have AAA tow me to All American automotive which opens at 8.After speaking to the proprietor I realize that not only is service by appointment,But they specialize in servicing German cars.Nonetheless,the proprietor Patrick has one of his mechanics access my situation( it very much appears to be the fuel pump)and after accommodating his regular customers who have appointments he sets about finding parts for a Ford F-150,gives me an estimate and says it will be ready between 4-6 pm. I spend my sleep deprived day walking about a city I once knew and find a cozy bar/restaurant that does not mind my loitering.By 3pm I am headed in the direction of All American automotive when I receive a text from them telling me my truck is fixed and it WAS the fuel pump! Patrick and his team went above and beyond to service a vehicle not from the Black Forrest ,with no appointment,repaired with factory Ford parts in a timely manner.They were kind, professional and merciful in helping me to get back on the road to my home in the valley,my dear wife and the comforts of sleeping in my own bed.

I had an amazing experience here and will certainly be returning! At the Jeep dealership, they claimed it would be very complicated and expensive to fix my passenger seat. So I brought my 2020 Jeep Wrangler here, and they successfully fixed it in a day for a very reasonable price! He also gave me tips on tires I should get for replacements. A very honest, communicative and efficient group. Thank you 👏

The shop is clean, the front desk man was kind, however I wasn't informed upfront that my smog test was going to cost $100+. From my understanding the typical California smog test costs somewhere around $80? So if money isn't an issue for you, then head to All American.
