I would not recommend this home care agency based on my experience. The communication was poor, and I often felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. There was a lack of professionalism, accountability, and consistency when it came to providing proper care. When you trust a home care agency with someone you love, you expect them to be treated with respect, compassion, and patience. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I was extremely disappointed with how certain situations were handled and how difficult it was to get clear answers or have my concerns addressed. I hope management takes these complaints seriously and makes the necessary changes because families deserve better. Good communication, reliable care, and respect should be the bare minimum when caring for someone in their home.

I rate this agency 1 star because I only had the job for 3 months and I was trying to get used to their procedures and protocol.. I did make minor mistakes, in which I kept updating my coordinator with what my patient had to do and appointments she had to go to.. nevertheless " I thought " that I had to clock in and out no matter what because I'm the caretaker on the job...again I didn't get it right within the time frame of me just starting...nevertheless I was fired without a written notice..without a warning...they hadn't discussed it with the patience of my mistakes. They tricked me into coming in the office saying I had a class to complete..but it was s determination..! Like I said they are the worst agency. And they didn't care about the patience regards. Within the 1st 90 day's at any company there should be warnings, written determination warning or such, before a final determination..!! I was surprised by their actions and caught off gaurd...I had to break the news to my client, leaving her with disappointment and depression.. It was wrong how they went about firing me.. as I mentioned, I've only been there for just a couple of months. Anyway, I thought I deserved a better time frame to solely adjust to the job..and, the client deserved a better departure and better attention for her care.. Seemingly they didn't care about anything but lightening up their payroll.. I feel like they didn't give me an appropriate chance for the job...Communication is always best..
