We had a wonderful experience working with Carla Williams from Amazing Realty while searching for a rental home in Austin. Since we were relocating from Portland, me and my wife only had one weekend in Austin to tour homes, and Carla made the entire process incredibly smooth and efficient. We first connected with her through Zillow after requesting a tour for a property in South Austin. Even after that home went off the market, Carla proactively put together a list of other homes that matched our needs and scheduled multiple tours in a single day so we could make the most of our short trip. When one of the homes we selected could not move forward for unforeseen reasons, Carla continued to support us by arranging virtual tours of additional properties. Throughout the entire process, she was patient, responsive, and genuinely attentive to our preferences. Her guidance and dedication made what could have been a stressful long-distance home search feel much easier. We are very grateful to Carla for all her help and support throughout this journey, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in Austin!

I moved out after 1.5 years and paid $625.53 for professional cleaning, carpet cleaning, and carpet repair (all approved by their manager Kim with text and email record). Amazing Realty still deducted $325 for “carpet damage,” “wall holes,” and “bent blinds” — but refused to show any receipts, invoices, or real proof. The carpet cleaning company confirmed there was NO damage and no repair was needed. When I asked for documentation, the business owner Jennifer Tucker told me she had no obligation to provide anything and said I was not allowed to contact staff. Even in the BBB case (My BBB Complaint #24247169), they only uploaded photos are (ceiling hole + blinds). But those issues were already listed on my move-in report — the same report they refused to give me. Luckily I kept my own copy; otherwise I couldn’t prove it. I have a full set of evidence (move-in report, invoices, photos, emails). The platform limits file size, but I can provide anything upon request. $325 is not a lot. But charging without proof + refusing transparency is not acceptable. Sharing my experience so others can be aware.

Kim is the best property manager I have ever worked with. She is friendly, professional, responsive, and courteous. She is on top of everything and addresses issues and service requests promptly. She shared with me that she loves her job, and it really shows! She is fantastic at it. Thank you Kim for making our time at one of your properties stress-free and enjoyable.
