Really love my shellac pedicure but my dip manicure lasted 2 days. Went in Friday evening and by Sunday morning I had LARGE chips. My eyelashes began falling off immediately because the esthetician didn't dry them. Other than my pedicure, the quality of services were not up to par.

I had a great time coming here with my mom and sisters. It's the spot my mom regularly comes for her mani-pedi treatment. I liked their selection of nail polish. I chose a sparkly blue one. My sisters and I opted for pedicures only. They have several rooms in the salon. We had a room with six massage pedicure chairs to ourselves. They started my mom and one sister first while the other technicians finished with other clients in another room. We only had to wait about 10 min for the final sister to be ready when the rest of is were done. The massage was great, and all our toes look lovely. I would come here again.

Asked for pricing upfront for shellac French tips on my toes and was told $30. Once I started, the nail tech tried to charge more for the same service until I said something. The quality was also poor—she made the tips too thin and refused to fix them unless I paid an extra $15, which was never mentioned before. Very unprofessional and misleading. Would not recommend.

Horrible horrible experience and I will never come back! I’ve been a regular at this nail salon as it’s close to my house. Ive been coming here ever since I started getting my nails done, it was recommended to me by a family member. I’ve never had any issues however this last time has left me extremely frustrated. For some reason the ladies were extremely pushy and couldn’t take no for an answer. I told multiple ladies no multiple times when they kept pushing me for a pedicure, however they just couldn’t take my no for an answer. On top of that I requested a new toenail set. I didn’t want a refill as I’d gotten a refill done last time at this same salon so I was ready for a new set! However the lady working on my toes was pushing me to do another refill, I honestly don’t know why ? I finally gave in , it just seemed like I was never going to get my choice 🙄. Anyways when she got to the color selection for my toes I requested pink but she said I couldn’t get pink since there was white powder on my toes from 2 appointments ago. Basically the pink color was too light and it would show the white which was underneath it. This is literally why I had requested a new toenail set so I could get whatever color I wanted and not have to think about the white color showing underneath! But she had been so stubborn and pushed me to get another refill! Then she suggested I just get white on my toes again so it blends in with the old white powder. so that’s what I did. I’ve had white for so long and I wanted pink this time but because of her stubbornness I didn’t get the color I wanted it! She also did a poor job shaping my toes. During this appointment multiple employees were coming up to me to ask me where I got my last toenail set done and when I told them it was at this location they couldn’t believe it! They were asking where I live bc they were in disbelief that they did such a "bad job" last time. They were telling me "now it’s so much better right? Who did your toes last time?" And I said I got them done here. They were shocked and trying to figure out who had done my toes before. Because of this I felt uncomfortable and I’m never coming here again. I can’t believe I walked out of this salon with the exact opposite of what I had wanted. Beware , they will not listen to you here , they will just do whatever they want . If they don’t feel like giving u a new set they won’t listen to ur request. They won’t listen to ur request for what nail color you want. They won’t listen to your request for what shape you want. It’s just a mess honestly what’s the point?

I have been going here for 4 years, no problem! but when i came in around 2 weeks ago to get my eyebrows waxed and nails done i received HORRIBLE service . My cuticles, including the skin surrounding it, were drilled off and the skin under my eyebrows.. waxed off! Paid $75 just for them to do nothing correct. Then when I came back the next day to inform them that my fingers were in IMMENSE throbbing pain and that I needed SOME type of refund back for the inconvenience, they said that they saw “No problems” when my fingers were visibly inflamed and irritated and shoo’d me away. Then after denying that there was anything wrong with my fingers, multiple workers decided to go back and forth with me, a minor. It escalated so quickly that multiple older customers had to advocate and speak up against the mistreatment I was receiving. I have never be given such bad service here. I will not be back!
