American One Nails

I went to this nail salon for the first time on 5/20. I went there initially to get my gel x nails off and do like a builder gel or overlay on my real nails. I had two nails on each hand that were broken beyond repair. Therefore, four fake nails were going to be needed. When she took the old nails off, she filed my nails down so much that they became brittle and burned. (Mind you I’ve been getting gel x for about a year. My tech was just off on vacation) I know how the application is supposed to look and go. Her application was sloppy. She left tons of air bubbles and used so much glue it was all over my fingers. I let her know that these would likely pop off due to the poor application. At this point I’m frustrated and just want it to be over. I let her finish with the ugliest color I’ve ever seen (I picked Because I wanted a basic nude pink and she acted like it was difficult to find the color) I told Her I wanted Medium. She took a medium nail out of the box and tried to cut it short and still charge me medium length prices. She said oh this length is usually 80 but for you as a first time client (AND LAST) that she’d keep it at 65. These were the worst nails I’ve ever received. Her work was lazy and she did not listen. She did not know what she was doing. I told Her they’d pop off due to poor application and she kept saying no. I have Picture proof that they are in fact popping off. Never have I ever had a gel x nail pop off after a few days. And after my actual tech files minimally and my nails come out strong and healthy. I’m extremely disappointed. It was $65 wasted. I guess I got what I paid for.

Very great experience my pedicure from Tiffany felt amazing!!!! Holly did my husband’s pedicure and he said we should come here more often. Lynn did a beautiful gel builder set and design. 10/10 highly recommend!

Fantastic place!!!! The service and care they give is fantastic. The Tech that did my pedicure (Tiffany) was unbelievably sweet. Definitely going back and getting them done again with Tiffany!!! She made me feel so comfortable and she asked me if everything felt good to my liking and if the service was going good. She was fast but took her time to atten me. FANTASTIC, AWESOME, AMAZING!!!!🩷🩷🩷

First time here and service was amazing!y daughter and I had pedicures and enjoyed every moment! Tiff and Luna are both SO sweet. Highly recommend. Polish looks amazing too! 😍 we will be back.

omg new favorite place!!! luna did my beautiful nails and executed them exactly how i wanted. after each step she made sure to ask if i liked them, which made me feel comfortable and taken care of. after plenty of bad luck with nail salons, i’m so happy to have found a great place with pretty reasonable prices. i was also showered in complements too💁‍♀️🫶
