Not very often I walk into a place while I’m running random errands and walk out loving my eyebrows and making new friends. I had a wonderful visit. Great conversation and very welcoming. I’m ditching my regular place and coming here from now on. Up next nails!

Today I had a small window of time and got very lucky to find this gem of a nail salon. I called and scheduled an acrylic fill and a toe nail polish change just an hour ahead of time. Receptionist was very friendly and responsive to my questions. When I arrived, the salon had one customer who was getting a mani/pedi massage combo. She looked so relaxed and all the workers greeted me warmly on my way to the restroom. The restroom and salon were very organized and clean. The interior looks very modern and well kept. I sat in a massage chair for my services and was promptly worked on by two ladies who were very friendly and communicative to make sure they understood what services I was receiving and what I wanted the finished product to be like. I never felt pressured or upsold. When what I wanted wasn’t available we worked out suitable alternatives that ended up being better than I imagined! Wendy did a great job on my toes and Kelly was expert on filling and shaping my nails. The chair was gentle yet forceful enough to work out some deep shoulder knots I had all week. I was offered a small snack and my services were done well and promptly. I had various options on how to pay. I am definitely coming back when in town!

My daughter discovered this location. We were seeking a place closer to her home, so why not? Pedicures, incredible, and her manicure on barely nails were a treat. We were beyond surprised with complimentary bubbly, too! Very clean, sweet & humble. I headed back over that same evening for my powder fill and am beyond thrilled with my shorter nails that fit my daily activities, especially with my 8 month grandson.

I came to get a pedicure and an eyebrow waxed. Once you enter your bombarded and harassed to add on services to a point you’re uncomfortable. I decline services and asked for pedicure and wax. Please note I have microblade eyebrows and needed a clean up. The lady went up high and waxed off my eyebrow. All she had to do was trace the line instead she waxed the majority off!! I was in tears and spoke with the owner who didn’t care and the lady came up to me and would not leave me. And even the owner had yell at her to go away. The owner could care less and had the audacity to say well I’m not charging you a wax! I left a yelp comment and he made complete false claims about the situation. To the owner in your poor response and refusal to acknowledge and false claims about of events where your employee waxed off my eyebrow. First you lied about me wanting additional services. Per your other reviews once you walk in your Bombarded with harassment to add on services and when you say no they continue to badger you. You're also the owner your picture matches you when I spoke to you. I was in tears as my skin was burned and eyebrow waxed off. The picture clearly shows where my micro blade line is and how she waxed off and went up high. All she had to do was trace the line. The picture clearly shows as day! You're a liar and a horrible businessman. You clearly do not care about your customers! I was crying and explain what happened and you didn't care. What this shows is that you have no integrity about your business. There is another nail salon in same parking lot that I suggest everyone take their business to. Again go back to customer service 101

I tried this place through a groupon and I am pleasantly surprised. My usual nail tech was on vacation and I came here. The staff take their time, very personable, and very relaxing. They have weekly promotions on their website. I would recommend making an appointment.
