I recently used Anka Jewelry for the first time after being referred by a friend, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Karo was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. I brought in a pair of white gold, ruby, and diamond earrings that belonged to my grandmother. The posts had become loose over the years, and I was afraid to wear them for fear of losing them. I asked if they could extend the posts and add secure earring backs. Rather than guessing at the proper length, they compared them to another pair of my earrings to make sure the new posts would be the perfect size. That attention to detail really impressed me. The repair took about a week, and the results were outstanding. The posts are exactly the right length, and the new security backs hold the earrings securely while still being easy to put on and remove. They also cleaned both the repaired earrings and the pair I brought in for reference. I honestly had never seen my grandmother’s earrings look so beautiful. They absolutely sparkle, and I couldn’t believe how amazing they looked after being cleaned and repaired. I will definitely be bringing all of my jewelry to Anka Jewelry from now on for cleaning and repairs. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service have earned my trust. I highly recommend them!
