We had a great experience working with Anthony! It was our second go around, and he helped make the process smooth as possible and helped us with the myriad of questions and issues that come with real estate. He made the process easier than I thought it would have been. It was great working with Anthony again and hope to work with him in the future. We’ve worked with Anthony more than twice now, and the times have been great experiences. He knows what to look out for when touring a home and can provide insight on estimated cost in areas that may need repair work. He made what could’ve been a stressful process feel simple and manageable, we worked with finding a place to live a few times now and each time he has been incredibly helpful. Happy to recommend him to buy, sell, or rent!

Anthony is awesome. He is super responsive and gave great advise when I was debating between two properties. He's very straightforward, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I am glad that I was able to get great advice for my first time home buying process. Would highly recommend him!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a real estate agent. I should’ve read the most recent review about Anthony before contacting him about a rental property since something similar happened to me. It would’ve saved me a lot of time that I’ll never get back. I viewed the rental property he listed and filled out an application immediately. I had to initiate follow up with him over the course of 2 weeks for a final decision on my application. 2 WEEKS! During that time, he would lead me on saying I was “still in the running” for the rental property. WHAT? Only to be ghosted completely in the end. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this guy.

I'm writing this review from my new home as a happy client of Anthony Thai. The market right now is so tough for buyers, and the difference could come down to just how savvy your agent is at the little things. Anthony is a knowledgeable and trustworthy agent who make a tough process feel easy. I was able to Zoom with Anthony at first and he provided a thorough overview of home buying. That was very helpful for newbies like us. Also, during viewings, it didn't feel like just walking through a property, but more of a conversation about what makes that house worth it (or not). He points out useful info like what should be fixed, whether an upgrade is quality work, or smart ways to modify the home. You can really trust Anthony to have your interests in mind because he is open about what he knows and sees. I also appreciate Anthony helping us make reasonable yet attractive offers. Super recommended!

What to say about Anthony? Words cannot express the amount of appreciation I have for his help in finding me a home in Long Beach. Hearing about the crazy housing market us poor buyers are currently in right now, I was hesitant to make any big life decisions. However, I'm so glad I made the big leap to have Anthony represent me. Always affable, eager to help, allaying all my concerns throughout the process of looking for a home, and a sometimes overwhelming escrow process, I appreciated having Anthony on my side. I think he walks the line between being a good market advisor and representing my personal interests very well. I was very comfortable being honest with him about my needs and concerns, and I trusted him to advocate on my behalf. I think being comfortable with your realtor about what you're prepared to offer on a listing, and being flexible with those offers are extremely important. This is a big life purchase, and so it should be treated as such! Not only was he my realtor, he was a part-time consultant, solution finder, and referral extraordinaire for any needs I may have, from recommending a trustworthy lender to getting me in touch with handymen, contractors, etc... It is obvious that Anthony and his team work very hard for their clients, and I appreciate their attention to detail. I would definitely use Anthony again!
