Popular Indian Grocery Store with Room for Service Improvement This is a well-known grocery chain among the Indian and South Asian community, and being open 24/7 makes it extremely convenient. The store offers a wide variety of spices, condiments, fresh vegetables, pooja items, and crockery — making it a one-stop shop for most household needs. One of the highlights is the in-house kitchen, which serves North Indian dishes, Chinese options, and snack platters. The Chinese platter is particularly good and worth trying. They also have a bakery section, a good selection of Indian sweets, and even a paan shop with multiple varieties. The store itself is spacious and generally well organized. However, customer service needs improvement. During my last visit, the cashier did not provide a receipt for a single-item purchase as she was engaged in conversation with others. At the exit, the receipt checker stopped me due to the missing receipt, and I had to go back to request it — which was inconvenient. Additionally, the store tends to attract large crowds, and at times the environment can feel disorderly. Better staff attentiveness and stronger floor supervision would greatly enhance the shopping experience. Improving customer service and maintaining a more controlled atmosphere would help retain loyal customers and uphold the store’s strong reputation. Overall, a very convenient and well-stocked store, but service quality and management oversight could make it significantly better.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I bought a packet of Kurkure from this store and the taste was very weird and stale. When I checked the packet, I noticed there was no manufacturing date or expiration date visible. Instead, the store had placed a sticker over the area where the dates should normally be printed, clearly hiding that information. This is extremely dishonest and dangerous. Customers have the right to know if food is expired or safe to eat. Selling products while covering the manufacturing and expiry dates feels like a scam. Very disappointed and concerned about the food safety practices at this store. I will not be buying from here again. 🚫

We purchased chaat from Apni Mandi Super Market, and the experience was extremely disappointing. First of all, the lady who served us was very rude and unprofessional. Customer service was poor and unwelcoming. The chaat itself was packed very badly and was leaking everywhere. The presentation was terrible—it honestly looked like animal food, not something meant for customers. Hygiene and basic food handling were clearly ignored. This experience was unacceptable. The management really needs to train their staff and improve food quality and presentation. I will never visit this place again, and I will definitely not recommend it to my friends or family.

Great store with a huge variety of Indian products you won’t find anywhere else. Open 24/7, so super convenient anytime you need groceries. Weekends are busy!! The to go food is fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced. I also found temple and Diwali decorations here, and they always update their stock for major Indian festivals. The sweets are freshly made too, adding to the authentic vibe.

You can go any time and they have all the groceries and products available. Weekends are super busy. They have made recent changes with express checkout for 10 or less. They also have their original check out lines. The to go food place is very reasonable and very good food. Freshly prepared. They are one of few places that offer freshly made pan and they have wide variety of made. There are some pan handlers out there in the parking lot and need to clean the parking complex a little bit more. Even though it provides an authentic India experience. Would prefer it to be bit better.
