Aritzia

I recently went into Aritzia for the first time. Upon entering I was greeted by Amina. She was beyond kind and took the clothes I wanted to try on so I wouldn’t have to hold them and put them in the back while I was looking for more. When trying clothes on she made sure to check on me and make sure I was good. I was then introduced to Takih who was an AMAZING help and went above and beyond!! He started suggesting pieces that I might like, would grab them for me, take back ones that didn’t fit, would get different sizes if they didn’t and genuinely seemed interested in helping me. He has a great sense of style and got me to look into stuff I never would have grabbed myself that I ended up loving. I had such a great experience I made sure to mention it to the manager while there. I will definitely be back and I’d highly recommend getting a personal styling session done with Takih. I will be back to do a formal one with him in the future!

Everyone here is always so helpful and supportive. I had sweet A’nya take amazing care of me. Dropping in with additional recommendations, colors and suggestions. Event management was walking around assisting everyone, giving styling tips and compliments. Love my Aritzia store!

I went in ARITZIA with my daughter to find an outfit for her upcoming birthday. I saw a chair so I sat in it (mobility issues). The individual who came over described herself as the manager and asked me to get up indicating the chair was for display purposes only. I refused stating there was no indication that I couldn’t sit there. After some words were exchanged, she walked away. I expressed to her that I was not moving until my daughter (who shopped at this store regularly) was finished. She was very rude with her words and delivery and she looked at me with disdain. I will NEVER return to this store and will make sure the lack of good customer service will be addressed with family and friends.

I wont be back. I Felt belittled and not valued in the store. Did I paid $221 for $60 outfit the manager Shante needs to learn how to have some customer service. She was very pushy and not personable at all. I won't be back. Oh I will be back to return my pants. Update I just went into the store to return my pants and the Asian girl that helped me was condescending again and rude management talk to your team about having excellent customer service and treating people the way they want to be treated please. Thank you.

Ritz from Aritzia was so incredibly helpful and kind! I came in looking for the perfect pair of work pants and she helped me find just that! She continuously checked in on me to grab me different sizes and colors and to make sure everything was just right. Meanwhile, she was also helping multiple other girls at the same time! She definitely made my experience there 10 times better, and I will for sure be back to shop with her :)
