I’d give it 0 if I could. I have been a manicurist for 30 years. I travel all over this country and have NEVER been denied to buy hair color. I don’t know what their policy is but it’s ridiculous.

First time going and there was actually a friendly rep. The other one is always dry, and never smile. Your business should know exactly who I'm referring to. The sales lady this time took so much time with me and told me about my points system. Never been told about it. Smh other than the customer service, they always have what I need and doors are always open during business hours for the 18 yrs I've been a licensed cosmetologist.

My daughter and I went to this store and decided to go the restrooms. We ended up getting locked up and we called the store for someone to open the door , the lady said “one second” and never open the door. We had to use the emergency exit and walk around the building.Im not mad im just wondering why she didnt open the door when there was no customers the store was empty

My sister who is in high school and cosmo comes here all the time, everytime I bring her she is greeted by a nice friendly lady but today was different I was asked to stop by for her since she doesn't get off from both schools till 5 and they close here at 5 to see if they could sell me the product she needs for her final. The lady refused to. I mean seriously 2 orange color tubes lady and you can't make an exception once.

Really wanted to stop by during February's one day sale, for some jhonny b gel, shampoos with conditioners, and possibly the rose gold Babyliss clipper. I did get the shampoos that were on sale, but the store didn't have the special edition jhonny b gel! I still found a jhonny gel for sale of 10 dollars, I then wanted to see the clipper. Thankfully Ms. Michelle is a very good customer service representative along with the other nice lady associate that works there. Ms Michelle, let me hold the babyliss clipper and turn them on😁 I didn't like the vibration so I passed, she then offered to see the new FX1 clipper to see the differences! I still felt a powerful vibration that I don't like. Last but the best, I asked for the Andis master and it was great feeling those! Very small but powerful, battery was dead but I know that's the next clipper I want. Would say for management team to order desired items for ONE DAY SALE😃. will return for my barber needs
