We took our 2019 Subaru Impreza 2.0i to Asia Auto Care because our dashboard was completely lit up with warning lights. However, the car was not driving weird or acting odd, which made the issue confusing for us. At first, Mr. Can couldn’t even communicate with the vehicle’s computer, but he quickly called us to explain the issue and got it fixed. Once communication was restored, he fully diagnosed the car and found code P0971 (pressure control solenoid circuit). Mr. Can gave us a fair and honest price, and we agreed to move forward with the repair. Within just one day, the job was completed and we got a call letting us know the car was ready for pickup. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Great communication, fast turnaround time, honest pricing, and professional service from start to finish. Our Subaru is running great again. Thank you Mr. Can — you are the man! I will never return to this shop. First, the prices are extremely high for the level of service provided. Second, the customer service is shockingly rude. I went to O’Reilly’s to get my engine code read, and when I explained what they told me, the owner responded by telling me I should “take my car to O’Reilly’s to get it serviced.” O’Reilly’s is not a mechanic — they simply provide free code checks. That comment alone was unprofessional and unnecessary. I dropped my car off at 8 AM, and they never once called me with an update. I had to call them myself just to find out what was going on. Eventually, I was told they couldn’t fix the issue at all and that I needed to go to the dealership instead. On top of that, I requested an oil change and never received it. Very disappointing experience from start to finish.

Remember bad customer service. When they get it right its awesome but they get alot of stuff wrong. I hate I have to go somewhere else for consistency. I just can't keep throwing money at this shop with no results. No accountability is at this place. Yes , if they mess up your vehicle , yes , you have to repay for repairs. Novaccountability live here, if they mess up your vehicle , it is your responsibility to repay for the repairs

Lovely family owned place. They get straight to the point and if you have ANY questions they are more than open to answer and explain until you feel at ease. They will do the work right away and you get what you pay for!

I do not recommend coming here. I pulled up and no one even acknowledged me. And when they finally did ,One of the small petite guys smacked his lip and threw his hands up as if i needed to go away. And I did just that. I don’t know what that was about.
