Asian Imports Auto

The two gentlemen in the front office were awesome of which I can only recall one of their names and it was Nick. As a first time customer I was warmly greeted and immediately afterwards my vehicle was quickly under repair after conveying the issues. Once a diagnosis was completed I was conveniently notified through text what would need to be carried out to remedy the problems. I was given a full breakdown-price included up front. The work done was very rapidly. The technician(s) that completed the repairs put in some really good work. My visit to Asian Import Auto was truly a top shelf experience. Because of the fantastic all around customer service I would strongly recommend your business to others. Thank you. Anthony

HONEST-FAIR-EFFICIENT-FRIENDLY Dropped my truck off after it had sat in desert for a year. Very pleasant process in getting qoutes and then moving forward. When it appeared truck needed a few other items due to its time in the desert my questions were answered thoroughly. Me and Littlefoot are very grateful Thanks Nick and staff 👍🏼

I had a fantastic experience with Nick at Asian Imports Auto. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and refreshingly honest throughout my recent inspection. Instead of pushing for unnecessary or immediate repairs, Nick took the time to explain the true condition of my vehicle's suspension and gave me a fair, practical recommendation to just monitor it for now. Finding a shop that prioritizes transparency and customer trust over making a quick sale is rare—Nick and the team have definitely earned my future business!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience here! From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, the whole process was seamless. Nick took great care of me from start to finish — he was upfront about pricing, explained exactly what my car needed, and had everything done faster than I expected. What really stood out was the customer service. Nick kept me updated every step of the way and made sure I understood what work was being done and why. It’s rare to find a mechanic shop where you feel like you can fully trust the people working on your car, but that’s exactly the vibe here. If you’re looking for a shop that combines honesty, efficiency, and genuinely great service, ask for Nick. I’ll definitely be back for any future car needs. Highly recommend!

Asian Imports truly deserves your trust. I would not take the time to write this review if they had not earned my genuine respect over time. When they first inspected my 1999 Lexus sport coupe over a year ago, I dreaded the results. Rather than pushing me into any of the obvious labor intensive necessary repairs, Nick very professionally advised me what to prioritize based on safety and the limitations of my wallet. He has a genuine talent for being direct and honest while being friendly, caring, and even a refreshing sense of humor when he gets to know you. Based on the facts alone, their estimates for the cost and time for repair are typically near perfect. Their communication by text and phone is amazingly reliable. In my case, with a 27 year old vehicle, finding parts can potentially be a serious problem. Nick has a knack for researching and finding my best options. I must also extend my true admiration to Travis who clearly is a master of his craft. Talent, honesty and integrity is a gift these days. You will find it here.
