Asian Imports Plus

First came here to fix a lug nut issue and was pleased with the professionalism and service. What really got my attention was when I came back about 3 months later to pick up my car after a brake flush. I was standing in line waiting to pay when I overheard the front office clerk saying that they use Idemitsu power steering fluid on all Toyota and Lexus vehicles which is the OEM fluid. This is 100% correct. I never felt so much trust with a shop before!

I took my car here for an oil change for the first time, and I had a great experience. The service was fast, professional, and reasonably priced. Before coming here, I had been going to another oil change shop that starts with "V," but they messed up my car twice. It felt like they had inexperienced technicians working on my vehicle. At Asian Import Plus, I could immediately tell the difference. The staff was knowledgeable, honest, and never tried to pressure me into buying additional services or repairs. They simply explained what my car needed and let me decide. I'll definitely be coming back to Asian Import Plus for future maintenance and repairs. Highly recommended!

To say that they went above and beyond for me would be the understatement of the century! They spent hours trying to figure out the issues with my 2013 Toyota Camry SE and they only charged me one flat diagnostic fee. They even went so far as to fill my tank for just the price of the gas so that they could test drive it even more! These guys are great and I wouldn't recommend anyone else for Asian cars. They reset my Camry so that the most prominent issues have subsided by now and the rest I can chalk down to it being high mileage or perhaps some carbon build up under the throttle body, but at least I feel safe in my vehicle again. Also, they sent text messages a couple weeks-a month later to check how my car is doing. That is a first for me and I'm extremely impressed with their care, concern, and thoughtfulness. Thank you! Shoutout to Wes for being a kind empathetic, and personable front desk person.

My experience with Asian Imports has been so great! They have been so time efficient with the repairs on my vehicle which I really appreciate, given that I travel around the city for work. The work on my repairs have been great and trustworthy. After taking my vehicle to the dealership for an inspection, they reported a leak that was previously just repaired by Asian Imports, so I knew their inspection was incorrect. After taking a look at it, Asian Imports found a different leak instead, confirming that the dealership misdiagnosed the problem. This shows me how thorough Asian Imports is with their work, so that’s a plus. Their customer service is very professional. Wes has done a great job with explaining the inspection reports to me on my vehicle and has also physically showed me on the car to give me a better understanding. He has also communicated very well with me throughout the whole process. Thank you, Wes. I will continue to come back to Asian Imports for car maintenance/repairs. I 100000% recommend them to everyone. Thank you Asian Imports!

Im in Vegas from out of state and needed my Subaru serviced. So with no references I chose this shop and am not disappointed at all. I ended up having a timing belt changed and a couple smaller issues taken care of with no extra charge. Great friendly staff. When I'm in Vegas and need service work I won't hesitate to return. 😊
