First time and also last time I filed tax return here. It’s been two months, I have not received my refund and nothing or any information was found when I check my refund status on IRS website. Called the tax preparer, the lady said she was too busy to help me check but she would call me back by the end of the day but she did not. After 2 days, I called again and she told me NOT TO CALL AGAIN because she was super busy and could not help. Should have gone to the old tax preparer instead of trying this new place. Worst experience ever! Update 8/9/2023 (6 months after I filed tax at this office on 2/2/2023) STILL NO REFUND AND NOTHING ABOUT MY TAX WAS FILED FOUND ON IRS WEBSITE.

We paid this lady, Lê, to submit a petition for my fiance. After a month, I didn't received anything, so I kept calling her. She would lie and said she had submitted already and to wait for the receipt in the mail. Each time I call her, she didn't even want to speak to me. After 2 months, she finally gave me a copy of the receipt when I found out the immigration office had cashed her check. They sent her the receipt yo her office, not my home address. Why the hell did she told me to wait for the receipt if she put her address on my application? Anyway, I checked the status with the receipt #, and found out she didn't submitted my application until almost a month later after I gave her all my paperwork. BTW, it's tax season now, she is busy collecting money, so I'm afraid she's going to put my stuff aside and delay the process even more. I'll never use her service again for anything, nor recommended to anyone. That's my experience. Hopefully my review will catch her attention so she will care about her customers and not just lie to them.

They take 10 years to get my mom's tax return and the IRS even mailed stuff to us and said that we have dues to turn in that's almost $400. The way they talk to customers is so rude and unpleasant. They would give you a dead look even if all you do is step in to their office. I'd happily give them a -5 stars if it's possible to be honest. Even the way they answer the phone is so rude I don't understand. Y'all are getting paid to help us not for free so don't act like we're begging for help.

Very bad experience. I filed my taxes with Asian Service, in late January 2019. It is March and still no refund. Ive asked for a receipt and a copy of my (electronic filing) to my surprise never received either. I’ve called a few times and was hung up on. I will never use there services again.

Thanks to Mrs Le So-Called Professional Accountant Services. You made our 2017 tax return file was a laughing stock, I was being told by California FTB that we still owed more than $300 in tax. She said she would take care of the matter but no thank you, this is last time we used your so-called asian accountant services. This is the place for mom and pop shop for doing simple tax return. I'll do my own tax next year, please beware this place.
