If you want high-quality work and a stress-free experience, go to Auto Collision Center. They recently worked on my mom’s car and the results were incredible. I visit many body shops as part of my job, and these guys are top-tier. First, the whole process was super simple. I just dropped off the car, handed them my insurance estimate, and they handled the rest. Picking the car was just a easy. Their repair work was amazing. The car literally looks brand new. The work was flawless and the car was returned cleaner than I’ve ever seen it. Another nice thing was the text message updates that let me know exactly what was going on. I also found out they’re a Subaru certified shop, which requires very high standards on equipment, parts, and training. All this trickles down to every car they touch regardless of make. It could not have been a simpler or more professional experience. I’ll definitely be back if I ever need work done again!

Wilson Hoang team had replaced and painted my driver side fender in a timely manner . . The auto shop also updated me everyday on the status of the repairs. I was also late to pick up my car and Wilson stay behind and waited for me. The car was also wiped down and cleaned for it's clients . .nice job Auto Collision Ctr . This is a great shop. I had some body work done on my EV6 and Wilson and Jeffrey were really helpful - they kept me up to speed on the timeline and the cost, and the car was ready when they said it would be. And it was washed too! Would definitely recommend!

Originally I was referred by AAA and had a pretty solid overall experience the first time around. A few years later, my car started leaking due to the original work, but fortunately it was still under warranty. That said, my second experience with the shop was much more frustrating and a few issues still have not been resolved. I had an expensive item in my trunk that mysteriously went missing while my car was at the shop. In addition, my back door no longer works from the inside, and my rear tail light now has a crack in it. After multiple attempts to get these issues addressed, I eventually gave up trying.

Great overall experience! Jeffrey was awesome and the staff did a spectacular job on my car! Highly recommended! Thanks!
