Auto Precision Body Shop

I came in with a hit and run, and damage to my front driver side and Not only was the owner so great to me, they took my car with no hesitation. What I didn’t expect was my car to be detailed, and not only that they buffed out every scuff I had in my car. As a single mom this made my day and other tasks in my life a lot easier. I can’t explain how much I appreciate them!!! They don’t disappoint that’s for sure.

A tree limb fell on my 2020 Tesla Y, shattering the rear glass and denting the tailgate frame. See the photos for a before and after of the repair. It was terrible timing, just as the holidays were starting, with tons of rain in the forecast. The only place I have to keep my car is outdoors. My insurance company (Progressive) was unresponsive and unhelpful. After checking that Auto Precision was on their list of approved shops, I gave them a call and I'm really glad I did. After getting the case number, the shop handled all further communication with insurance. The shop was booked up for a few weeks, but they were able to take my car and put it into covered storage to get it out of the rain, which was a huge relief. The repair took a while because of lead times on the replacement glass, but the shop was honest with me about time estimates and responsive when I called. In the end, the repair is flawless. The paint match is perfect, the glass is properly fitted and aligned, the rear defroster still works like it should. It looks like nothing ever happened. They even fixed acorn dents in the rear hatch that predate the incident (Thanks Anatoly!) I know a lot of body shops are wary of working on Teslas and a lot of Tesla owners don't know where to take their vehicles. Auto Precision didn't hesitate at all and they did a fantastic job. Don't let your insurance or Tesla service pick a body shop for you. Contact Auto Precision, you won't regret it.

I must be honest because the reviews I read for them were misleading. Based on review I trusted them without any questions. But realized that my experience was not as it was promised. They hypnotized me heavily and asked me to leave my car and gave me overly high price (two fold more). After a few day sthey called me to convince to use insurance because they they claimed that they need to fix my engine, I objected at all. A trick of scam...Body work was okay but air conditioning was not working that I only noticed when I turned on it after a few weeks. I work from home and usually don’t drive in the afternoon and so don’t use AC more often. I think they tricked me, lied to me, and so they are 100% dishonest. The shop is not good for those who don’t use insurance rather pay from their pocket. It’s overpriced and please be cautious before you give them car! They will ask for cash payments and would also charge you 4% on credit card payment. I would not recommend at all.

Anatoly and his co-workers helped me to fix my car issue with tire pressure signal (it was keep having the warning signal on, and I didn’t get it successfully fixed at other places). Besides that, they also helped me to the car cleaned inside and out. Anatoly is very nice and he communicated very well and offered a very reasonable price. When I got my car, I know it has been taken good care of by this team. It was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this place.
