Auto Stop Falls Church

I don’t think I’ve ever reviewed or even wanted to review an auto shop, but, Auto Stop deserves every star! They were polite, professional, quick, and I didn’t feel like I was taken advantage of. The communication was great, prices were fair and Bill was the consummate professional. I have been telling everyone about this shop.

Bill and the team squared my vehicle away so quickly! While I was waiting, they serviced three other customers and were very professional with each interaction. Auto Stop is honest about the work they do, the prices they offer, and the options you have so that you can make sounds decisions when needing car repairs. They provided a detailed report of future maintenance to consider that will extend the longevity of my vehicle's performance and gave me a bag of tasty treats upon checkout. Prior to coming in, the shop shared valuable research regarding a product I was planning to use on my car and shared the pros/cons, this was greatly appreciated!

Bill and the team are the only guys I trust to work on my car. What makes me feel so good about working with them is the clear communication and professionalism. They really took care of me these past couple of weeks when my car needed multiple repairs. I wish I would have found this gem of a spot earlier on, as it’s so rare to find a trustworthy car shop. Bill - you are a legend. Thanks for everything.

Auto Stop Falls Church is my exclusive auto shop in NOVA. As a extremely cautious individual when it comes to auto shops, this place is trustworthy and non-predatory. When they give you a quote, they honor it even if other issues arise. They are the most transparent shop I've ever been to and list in detail all the work and always ask for consent prior to any work being done on the vehicle. There are no surprise fees or charges and they never tampered with my vehicle. Their staff is extremely friendly and helpful and can usually get you in the schedule the next business day. They offer free rentals and will even call an Uber/Lyft for you while they work on your vehicle. I've had welding performed, exhaust work, electrical work and inspections done on my vehicle and I couldn't be happier with their services.

Great experience at Auto Stop, was late for pre purchase inspection, they were still able to do it. Took an hour, everything went smoothly. They even gave me a little goodie bag after. Will be back for future servicing.
